I Know these are those bottom feeders that keep buying  up old debts that have already  been paid in full or settled for a set amount.  I had something 8 years ago that I paid minus interest they were charging.  I kept my pay off letter showing paid in full  but, I get these calls like twice a year.  I just ignore them I know who I owe.  But I to filed a complaint with Att. General.   Just do not speak to them.  Because sometimes I have heard if you  say yes you have an outstanding  or did with  the company  they are calling about, that can make it active again.   That is what I have heard.  I hope that made sense.  Anyways the message I got sound horrible I could not understand hardly any of the long message.  It was a lady  with  what maybe  rocks in her mouth .  Just do not engage in any conversation with them, just report them!!!!!

This company called and stated the had a federal doccet concerning my name and social security number. Regarding a civil suit. The company identified themselves as FrNklin and mitchel but I believe the company is National recovery solutions.

These people have recently started calling not only myself , but relatives , claiming to have some type of civil suit filed against me--- funny-- i owe 0 debts--- there are no law suits filed . They use cell phone numbers to try and disguise who they are.  I have warned them and filed a complaint with the attorney general -- they are so brazen as to leave their threats on our answering machine -- they incorporated in January of 2011 and are obviously off on the wrong foot .
