called at6:06 am!! caller id said "none". picked up the phone but they hung up. dont call me anymore.

Call multiple times a day. Finally spoke with somebody and after several attempts they finally figured out who I am out of a long list. They claim to be a company offeing settlements on old debts before the original company takes a person to court. They claim I owe City Bank over $3000 but that I can settle over the phone for $700. They claim to have mailed out the information, but I have yet to see it. The said they will privide everything via email though. The claim is from 2000, so this sounds like a scam to me. They also will not take me off of their call list. Alternate numbers for them is 716-525-1627/1628
