I got this call like 5 times it's really annoying!

i have received as many as 10 a day from this number they call very early in the am to late at night..they never leave a message or speak....

Wow, I thought someone was prank calling me, maybe a friend, but everytime I called back it says "all circuits are busy" so I decided to look the number up on google and I found this website 800notes.com and I see that others have been complaining about receiving phone calls from this number. I'm sick of the calls.

This call comes up on my caller ID as New York and then the #.  With a little investigating on my own I found out that it is a Buffalo telephone number!  Where do we go from here?

this number has called me like 3 times today maybe even more. i have picked it up everytime and no one is on the other line when i say hello. and like the previous person said that when u call back it says "all circuits are busy".i dont know who they are but every time they call they waste minutes on my cell phone.

calls several times a day. when i answer they hang up, and when i call back it says "all circuits are busy"  anyone know anything about them, or how to get them to stop?
