Message from a "John Moore"  716-558-5826 on my cell phone looking for my ex-husband. (We have been divorced over 16 years). He stated to return the call on an urgent matter and left a case number. Glad I looked up this reverse number. I will not return the call.

Well then I bet these 'wonderful' people never have a problem with sending out the proper documentation or ever make fraudulent claims. Right?
And I'll bet they never make harassing calls for debts they have no legal claim to. Right?
And they would never misrepresent themselves or make empty threats on the 'phone. Right?
And they would never have a low-life, boiler room flunkie waste a part of their precious minimum wage day trying to SHILL this site. Right?

I completely agree. I know I owed the debt and I was going through a very difficult time. Mr. Moore has been wonderful to work with. Bottom line...if you owe the debt, you're lucky to work with a company that will actually HELP you get it settled. Debt collectors are people with a job to do and they're not terrible people. They do understand this terrible economy. Be nice and pay what you can. You'll come out ok in the end.

I really don't understand stand all the complaining on here. I had a legitimate HSBC debt that John called me about and he helped my get rid of 12k in debt for under 5k and he sent everything in writing just like he said he would and it was updated on my credit report.  I got calls about this account for a few years but no one was as helpful as Mr. Moore

An individual called John Moore called my company looking for one of my coworkers. He said he was with P&B. Told him not to call the company any more, to call this individuals residence. Most obnoxious individual. I will report him to the FTC!

I am so sick of these collection calls, I wish I never opened up any credit cards

I got a call from John Moore about a Pre-Legal Matter too.  I engaged John in a bit of banter.  I even called him a Jack*** (because he is one!).

Guys, here is a couple of things about our friend John:
1.)  He never gives you the "Mini Miranda" which is required by Federal Laws ("This is an attempt to collect a debt and all information....")
2.)  He calls repeatedly on the same day (sometimes several times in a row).
3.)  He uses foul language and intimidation.

If he calls and threatens legal action then let him take legal action.  Frank here is full of it when he said "no more than 3 weeks" because it would take a MINIMUM of a month for P&B to even FILE a lawsuit yet alone get it on the docket and get you served.  Also, to everyone who (is probably John the Jack*** himself!) says "Just pay your bills" I say Pay your bills, but when you can!  Take care of your responsibilities to your FAMILY (House, Food, Electricity, Clothing) BEFORE you pay Jack*** John a dime!

I just got a judgement from a credit card that I had with p&b capital. This john Moore guy told me that if I didn't get some thing set up with him immediatly I would not be able to resolve it voluntarily later. Well not even 1 month later I was served a summons at work. Now john will not even talk to me about the account to settle it.

John Moore said he has been retained about a matter of importance and that I or my attorney needs to call today.

he was looking for one of my relatives.  Would not tell me why. He said he would file the complaint against them if they did not call.

Well Paula why don't you pay your bills or have your attorney call him back, bc people still do get sued and get judgements and garnishments , and last time I checked his company is the real deal and even part of the better business bureau

Well I got a call from John Moore stating there was a pending matter under final review and that it is time sensitive, so I called back and turns out it was my bank of America visa card that was delinquent. He told me that every account he has is pre selected for litigation if not paid. Well I did not believe him bc I have never been sued. Big mistake!!! Not even 3 weeks later I was served papers at my job for court. I called mr Moore back immediately to try and settle, and he basically said it was out of his hands now and that I had my chance. WTF!!!!!!!!!!

John Moore has left messages at my home and on my cell regarding some old account for my daughter who does not live with me.  He is rude and does not stop calling after you advise him to do so.

His partner in crime is Andrew Foreman #813-579-9382 also from P & B group.

How does he have a partner in crime ? Lol from what I've seen this is a legitimate company. They wouldn't be calling you if you paid your bills. You run the risk of getting calls and being sued when you don't pay your bills. I mean what did you think would happen.

Connie, you didn't read all of his message. The call was in reference to an account for his daughter, who doesn't live with him. Even if the company is legit, to continue calling when you've told them the person they are looking for doesn't live there, is incredibly rude.

This guy is a sham.  He is posting ignorant comments on here under other names like Connie Walters and Theman.  He is a total a**hole who harrasses people who have no business with his company.  Report him to the F.T.C and I guarantee he will stop calling.

Before I made any arrangements I had him fax me a letter to see if it was legit or not bc he said it was a pre-legal account. I did show my attorney the letter and confirmed that it was possible to have litigation against me for the balance owed. I am not disputing the debt , I just think all the interest that was added is ridiculous

Apparently John Moore told me that he needed me to call back regarding file #1887587 that was transferred to him. Guess what? I didn't have any file that was transferred to him! In fact, I'm not even working at the moment, and there's no file at all he could possibly have. He even paused awkwardly just before he said my last name, as if he was reading from something. I just might have to prank call this guy back, just for kicks.

Received a massage on my cell phone from an individual stating his name as John Moore.  Wanted me to call him back about an "Urgent Matter".

Same guy is calling me and my ex and his parents. I lost my job and stop paying on a couple credit cards so I imagine that is what it has to do with. Debit Collector pain in the butt!

Monday  8- 2-10. Had a message on my answering machine from a John Moore regarding a relative and a urgent "CIVIL MATTER" ...is the word civil suppose to scare me...I am literate...please stop wasting my time
