Hey thanks for the bad advice. I followed the advice given in this blog about Evans Law Office and to my surprise, was served papers from an attorney in my area on a debt that Evans Law Office called me about about a month or so ago. The company that has the debt wants to sue me. What should I do now? Would you like to pay my legal fees? You problably shouldn't post info here if you don't know what the hell you're talking about. I guess I shouldn't belive everything I read! thanks for nothing Bud Hibbs

CONSUMER WARNING!  This organization is a suspected criminal enterprise where debt collectors, high on drugs, posing as police officers are calling consumers with threats of arrest and seizure.  Do not fall for this Scam!   THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES AND EXTORTIONISTS.

If you live in Alabama and have been called, contacted, or received a letter from QAR or Evans Law Office in an effort to collect a debt, call us right away.

QAR does not sue as claimed through their "attorney network" as they are collecting on debts that have been outsourced to them.  One of their biggest clients is an operation called Riverwalk Holdings.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE YOUR WAGES GARNISHED.

THEY CANNOT TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS OR THREATEN GOVERNMENT ACTIONS OVER AN IRS 1099-C FORM.

THEY CANNOT REPAIR OR MAKE CHANGES ON YOUR CREDIT.

THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OR LEGAL MUSCLE.

QAR employees are said to be allowed to drink and or use and sell drugs while on location.  They commonly spoof their calls and identify themselves as "county officials." They are con men, with a proven record of criminal behavior that includes lies, threats, extortion and violation of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We found NO licenses or bonds as required in many states and their association with the WORST debt collectors in America is cause for anyone to be VERY cautious and suspicious of them.

Do not deal with them!  Never give them any banking or credit card information. Tape record their calls.

YOU MAY BE ABLE TO COLLECT ON LAWSUITS!

IF YOU LIVE IN TEXAS, ARE BEING CONTACTED BY FALZONE COLLECTORS, WE WANT TO YOU TO CONTACT US. Frank S. Falzone 215 Hampshire Street Buffalo, NY 14213

Frank S. Falzone is an illegal debt collector in Texas. His collectors will lie, threaten and engage in illegal collection activities. Falzone needs to be stopped. He has thousands of dollars in outstanding judgments for violating the law. He is a DEAD BEAT debt collector. Let us know if they contact you in Texas.

Richard Aiello called me as well from Falzone and Assoc after the first guy called me stating that I had 5 days to pay this bill.  Also stated that since the amount was over $300 that this was over the small claims amount and I would be charge with a felony for non-payment or breaking the terms of the contract.  They could not provide me with the name of the company that I supposedly signed a contract with and broke.  When I stated I needed proof of the debt said could not send that to me.  I said then we have nothing further to discuss and hung up.  10 minutes later a Richard Aiello called stating that I had 5 days to pay this bill or I would be receiving a visit from the Sheriff's office.  Said he did not care either way what I did as he would be paid no matter what.  He also stated that he was NOT a debt collector (several times) but an associate with Falzone and Assoc.  Used vulgar language on the phone and was very rude.  I contacted an attorney and they stated that they have sued this firm due to these types of collection calls to people.

Mr. Simpson was rude and disrespectful.  First he had the WRONG phone number. Instead of admitting he was WRONG had the nerve to say, "YOU PEOPLE" think because Obama is president you don't have to pay your bills.  Your one check away from food stamps, we are the reason for the economy being in the financial state.  Mr. Simpson threatened to call my phone every two hours and subpoena me.  DO IT!!!  Your one check away from a job.  Make sure you have the right number before you start showing how ignorant you are.  I was a bill collector and can teach you how to skip trace accurately.  We will see how the Attorney Generals Office feels about it :-)

DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE! The are not legit! The called from Falzone Associates, stating that they were investigating civil and criminal charges in regards to a debt that I worked out years ago. I called the North Dakota Attorney General's office, as well as the Department of Financial Institutions and guess what? They are not registered with the North Dakota Bar Association and they could not find a license for these jerks. The not only harrassed me, but called my job, my parents, my brother, my friend, and even a former co-worker that I have not spoken to in over a year. Luckily, I had also run my credit report and nothing other than what I knew would be on there, was on there. Do your homework, know your rights because they will harrass you until they get you to give you money. The gentleman, Richard Aeillo, started identifying himself as a "partner" of this firm, and later identified himself to my coworker as the DA for Clay County in Minnesota. I am a North Dakota resident! They cannot collect on a debt from any state other than the state you are a resident in. Call your Attorney General and Dept. of Financial Institutions! I am not denying my past financial issues, but I have since revolved them, and I DO NOT need these jerks harassing me or anyone else. They will try and do whatever they can do get money out of you.
