I just got a call from this number telling me to call Brookline bank. After double checking that I had made all my payments on time (I had) I called the bank. They hold the title to my car, so I was a little shaken up. But it turns out, they just wanted to update my address because I had just moved. Pretty helpful that they called me actually!

The call came from US Bank. They wanted to know about an automotive lease turn in at the dealership where I work.

Actually, this is a call center.... and my call was concerning my HSA account with Huntington Bank. I do not owe any money... But I do know this number is used by many companies for their calls.

Called at 10:30 PM said they were Customer Service, did not give their name but were representing US Bank and there was a mess up on my lease buy out. Called back their number and through many connections and electronically connected me with US bank,  they (US Band)  was closed as expected. Some kind of scam going on.  I've already paid off my lease with US Bank.  Reversed  searched number, they are out of India.  Beware, don't give them any information, call the Bank you deal with and leave these people out of everything to be safe

It's now US Bank calling in regards to upcoming lease expiration of a car.

I am never late with my payments and received calls from this number not only at my home but at my workplace!  They wanted me to give them my social security number to verify who I was and I refused.  Then they started acting strangely and asked me to call them back.  They said they were Brookline Bank electronically but almost a foreign voice then asked for me to punch in my SS# ! This all happened past their normal business hours posted online

left no message, nothing comes up on ID. Called them back, the recorded message says they "provide inbound and outbound call solutions for the automotive and health insurance industries." That message ask me enter a phone number in which I didn't and i just hanged up.

Called me, looking for someone else but looks like Debt Collector

They called asking for a neighbor.  Told them I don't know  who that is, but they keep calling.  That's gotta qualify as harassment.

Received a message on cell phone saying it was Brookline Bank & to call them - return call said they were accepting incoming and outgoing calls, etc. and to put in home phone number. Checked number on internet, found this.

Left a message saying they were from Flagship Credit Corporation.

Said they were from CP Services

Called twice looking for someone who did not live here.  Caller ID said North Tonawanda NY.  Told the guy that we are not the person he was looking for and 1/2 hour he called back again, asking the same stuff all over again.  How invasive

Now the same guy called back yet AGAIN this time saying he was from Brookline Bank looking for the same name, whom I said TWICE before did not live here. THese people just don't quit and I've told him yet again we are not the person they are looking for....

CALLED MY CELL PHONE DIDNT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, IT ASKS TO PUT IN YOUR HOME PHONE NUMBER (SO I PUT IN A OLD NUMBER WHICH ISNT IN SERVICE) AND THEN THEY PICK UP....NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE BUT THEY ARE VERY ANNOYING.

They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message....when I returned the call, they asked for my home phone....and didn't have any clue why they had called.  I asked to be removed from their list and they said I had reached the "General Receptionist" and they couldn't do it.  Very annoying..

FYI the people callin gyou and stating that they are brookline bank are actually FiServ, a 3rd party company that has a reputation for being rude. they are calling out of Massachusetts hence the rudeness.

We are financing a lease car that we want to keep. This is the company that does credit histories for bank loans. (US Bank)

Stupid Brookline Bank.  They are so rude when they call;  no phone manners what so ever!  They have called me before and not even introduced themselves.  Very professional.  I have started to take down names of individuals who call and how often they call because it is so absurd!

They (Brookline Bank, Chevy Chase Bank, US Bank) are FiServ, a 3rd party processor that works for whoever pays them. After all that being said, They are not nice people, The banks use them to process the payments and deal with the loan customers. If you ever need an extension or naything related to your account dont think you are talking to someone from the actual bank you got the loan from. They are nasty people who get paid to be loan collectors.

They keep calling my work number and identifying themselves as Brookline Bank.  I've worked here for about 3 months and had never heard of Brookline Bank before this.  They're telling me that the only way they can remove the number from their system is if they have a number.

your right i got a loan through brookline bank..and it proved to be the worst decision of my life. some 19 yr old totaled my brand new acura that i had only had for six months. i ended up owing money to them and they weren't nice about it. the only thing that saved my life was that i had gap insurance.if you are going to get a loan from brookline bank please get gap insurance. trust me it will be your only defense. and when it was all sadi and done they still want a thousand dollars ...the worst scam artists i have ever seeen...never get a loan through brookline!!!!

Legit call... regarding vehicle end-of-lease.

Just got a call from this number for a neighbor and suspected they were a debt collector.  When I called him on it he got nasty and sarcastic with me.  I don't pay to have a phone to have my neighbors debt collectors calling me!

its an debt collection agency.....they dont call you unless you owe someone money.....a bank or credit card....pay your bills on time and they wont have to call......

Exact same thing for me. USBank wanting to know if I plan to return my vehicle or purchase it at the end od the lease. Want me to finance early etc. N worries!
