i got the same call,and they keep calling.they are scammers and i don't know who they are,pr how they got my phone number?? I wish that they would leave me alone

They call once a week saying I violated instate checking laws.From a pay day loan which I never had.I was very rude to them but they still call and they good luck in court.I told them to shove up their a----but ti dumb too understand.

I've recieved many calls from them saying that they want to discuss an urgent matter with me,and i have no idea who they are.I don't know how they got my number?

Got a call from this number claiming to be a company called ACS, I think Affidavit Collection Services and these foreigners, sound like Indians are saying they are calling about a PAY DAY LOAN. A loan I never took out. They are persistent but basically they are SCAMMERS. If you ever took out a pay day loan online, this is how they get your infomation. The buy a block of infomation about people who had or have applied at one time for a payday loan and try to scare no scam you into thinking you still owe for this loan and need to pay it or they will take you to court. The fees if you stay on the phone with them long enough to find out are outrageous. Well into the thousands for a $300.00 loan. DON'T FALL FOR IT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They give american names but it's obvious none of them are american. The phone no. is out of New York.
