I GOT THIS CALL ALSO. IT'S A SCAM BUT THEY MADE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING US THERE PHONE NUMBER. I'M ENCOURAGEING EVERONE I KNOW TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT WE THINK ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE THEM THAT TRY TO SCAM INNOCENT PEOPLE. IF ENOUGH PEOPLE CALL THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CALL OUT.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Just got a call from these yahoo's (and not Yahoo!.com) Same deal, got a call from Mack White and transferred me to his senior attorney Griffin Bell, white names yet heavy Indian accents that you can barely understand. Said I was being sued by Cash Now USA, with threats of incarceration. They gave me an address of 175 North Building Ave. Buffalo, New York 10003. (address does not exist)  I told them that I will be contacting the Buffalo New York Police Department. He said that they will just send California Police officers to arrest me at home! OK, good luck with that legal proceeding!! Jack A$$es!!!

This is a joke when I ask for the supervisor and direct line to supervisor gave me Henry Christopher and gave me the same number that he called from this is a scam. These people are pathetic!!!!!!!!

received call from these people (if you want to call them that - more like scumbags).  wanted to speak to one of our employees.  said name was Mack White.  strong accent.  when wouldn't pull employee off job - started cussing me.  called back several times.  had to get manager involved.  guess he finally got through to him since he hasn't called back.  think is definitely a SCAM!!!

a few weeks ago  i was trying to get  loan from those companies payday loan  on the internet and 2 day later  a received
a phone call from this phone  #  saying that I was approved for that load but that  I had to send them $200 dollars in order to get  a code and collect my loan  i got angry told them no i remember this accent voice on this guy but he knows my d of b
and place of work  and ssn, and  they had been calling me almost everyday  and is the same guy same voice
but today he called me he  left a vioce message  saying that some one had filed a law suit against me.
i called them back and put some senior lawyer on the phone and told me the same thing he was saying that i got a loan from
from osais never got a loan and that i never repay  them  but he was screaming to me i got so angry  i told him to some places that to can imaging  please what can i do should i go to the police?

i received a call from some type of law suit company stating they have a suit against me and if i dont act now i will be picked up from my job? i dont know if its a scam i just want them to stop harrassing me. couldnt understand the name of the company person had a Indian Accent

This sounded like SCAM.  They left a message. Strong INDIAN accent said his name was Frank White from American Law Enforcement.  Something about a filing made against my social security number and for me to call back to avoid going to jail. I did not call back. Waiting to see if they call again.
