This may be a legitimate company, however their phone practices are anything but. Under no circumstances should you ever give this company your contact information. They ignore all requests to be removed from their lists, and sell your contact information to similarly aggressive marketers. Their target is to sell you safety signage at horribly high prices. I bit once and have been regretting it for 4 years now.

Emedco is a legitimate business.  You can google it.  They are just soliciting business.    

These people call a lot. As Melissabhn stated above: "Caller said she was from Emedco and that she wanted an update of our address." Caller has a bad accent, so it's easy to remember her voice. Asked to be removed from their call list.

Caller ID New York and it went to voice mail and they hung up

No message - just called my phone.
