Constant harrassment from a man name john micheal. Calling all family members. Blocked number and now calls from another number at times during night like 3 am. He curses and is abusive.

it is a recovery company in the most states skip tracing is illegal but they do it until a civil suit is brought against them. they called me like 20 times in a row over somebody that had the number before me.

Anthony from CIRG called and started cursing at me when I said that the person he was looking for was unavailable. I hung up. He called back 10 times in a row and then I switched the phone over to our answering service. This guy sounds crazy.

actually...the FDCPA does not apply to repo. So I take back what I said, and I am a dumb a$$.

Caller did not leave a message.  and i did not call back either.  i did not recognize the number either.

This number is being used by a repossession company, who claims that they follow the laws, when in reality they violate the fair debt collection act and don't care.  they will tell you so on the phone.

Caller asked if a neighbor across the street had a dumpster in the driveway.  Told the caller I did not know because I couldn't see from my home.
