id like to kno who this is

I've been calling them back like they asked me to,only I do it 10 times a day, on every number they've used, for the past 2 weeks. going off on them like a mad man. Now they're begging me to quit calling.they say they're gonna call the authorities on me , but you know they wouldn't dare. They really hate having all their lines tied up while they're trying to conduct" BUSINESS"........

I have received 3 calls today alone from this company, and once yesterday.  They also somehow got my mom's phone number, who I haven't lived with in 15 years, because I am a grown woman.  

6/18 10:19 AM:  Sounded like first line was a cut off from a recording and it sounded like he didn't even know his name, like he read it from a script.  He said hello, my name is...and he paused then said it.  Said his name was Steven Sancos (?) from RL Capital.  Has been trying to reach me and wants to try to help me.  Need to call by 6 PM or he will have to report that I am uncooperative.  He called from 855-208-2017 and said to call 855-269-6470.

6/19 11:03 AM:  Samantha Evans, paralegal from R&L Legal Services.  Stated she was following up on some paperwork she sent out to me in regards to an affidavit that's going to be filed with my county.  To avoid an appearance ticket contact 716-362-1597.  And she left me a reference case number.  She called from an "unknown" number.  This is the same woman that called my mom right after she called me and told my mom that I would have to go to court if I didn't call back and tried to get my mom to give her my address.

6/19 11:40 AM:  SAME EXACT message from yesterday from Steven Sancos.  CLEARLY a recording.  

6/19 4:36 PM: Alfred Martin of RL Capital stating his associates have tried to reach me unsuccessfully and there are some issues and paperwork I need to fill out.  He said his direct line was 716-362-1591 and the toll free # was 855-269-6470.  Very important he hear from me by 6 PM, if not, he will have to let his associates and client know that I was uncooperative and non-compliant in the investigation.  This man, had the same EXACT voice as "Steven Sancos".  

I am reporting them to the BBB.

ok, calls stopped for a week from R and L capital and the other mens names.

Been getting the same type calls from them, with the threatening recorded message. I just called this company back from the number they called me from 716-632-1591 and got no answer. I was able to reach them at 855-269-6470.  I told them to remove my number because the calls were for a stranger and they were calling my 12 year old daughter's phone.  They said the # was given to them in 2005.  I said that was a long time ago and that they need to update their records.  The bi*** told me that I can report them if I want to but they are going off their records and hung up on me.  I called back and got another woman and I said some stupid woman hung up and did not remove the number, was told to not take it out on her (which I never said anything besides exactly what I just wrote) and was told no wonder she hung up on my rude a** (yes, those exact words).  Called back and demanded a supervisor and was never transferred to one, but the guy did apologize for the inconvenience and said he would remove the number.

I am so sick of these  calls! I have this number programmed in the phone as a scam so I don't answer it. They're persistent!

I have received multiple calls from this number. They never say who they want to speak to only that if I don't return the call they will view me as noncompliant. The call is always to be "the Final Call". Today they called and said I was a defendant or witness in an arbitration hearing and must contact them within 3 hours or be in contempt.

Which one is it?  Defendant or witness?  Your instincts are correct.

Mark's life is "awesome." He has a fancy car, he goes on trips to Arizona and Vegas. He likes to golf.  He likes to work out, go to the theater. He likes to speed on Sundays in residential neighborhoods after throwing back a few cocktails (or beers, not really sure).  He is very proud of his life and the way he makes his money.  He sleeps like a baby and so do all of his colleagues.  They know what they are doing is illegal.  They just don't care, because the money is so good.  This is why you should report these guys to the FTC and why you should not give them your money.

I received a call from this phone number today stating an arbitration hearing is to be scheduled, and I am either a defendant or witness. I was told to respond within 48 hours to Tracey Caldwell. I am not a defendant or witness in any legal matter. Period. What nonsense. This is phishing for information. Illegally

I find it humorous that they have called my cell phone about 5 times now and have stated each time that this is their "FINAL WARNING" or "FINAL PHONE CALL" on my voicemail and supposedly I am being "UNCOOPERATIVE". They are extremely rude! First, I don't have anything outstanding. EVERYTHING is paid in full and I have the credit report to prove it. Second, if it's a "final warning", then why the f***k are you still calling???!!!! Get on with it! If you are so badass and think that you actually have something, then take it to court! See how far you get with your scam! Third, it's against the law for them to leave voicemails of a confidential nature anyway so they are breaking the law there because I don't even have my name on my voicemail or my own voice so how do they know they even have the right person??!!! Not to mention how they think they are high and mighty by talking down to people on voicemail no less! And when I have tried to call them back to have my number removed from their list, they don't answer anyway. I am thinking every person at that company (especially MARK) needs to get laid! His life must really suck! Don't they know that if you really want something in life, you are better off being nice instead of downgrading people?? I also found that they are definitely in some hot water legally due to their scams and they are NOT BBB Accredited by any means. In fact, they have SEVERAL BBB Complaints against them. They have at least 4 known numbers that I have seen. 716-632-1591, 716-332-6413, 855-289-0725, 855-208-7341. And I am sure there are more!

I kept receiving the same calls everyone is mentioning here. I actually called back today to ask them to stop calling me, we'll see if that actually works.....I reported them to the FTC, but not sure how much good that will do. I wish there was a better way to stop these scammers.

recieved another call from tracy caldwell about being in litigation for a court case.  again use my name or what it is about, but if i dont call with in 48 hours i will be told i was not compliant with a court order. what ever use my name next time serve me with papers. just stop calling

I also got a call from an Alexander Marshall at RL Capital. Never said who he was calling for and said I was being non compliant and if I didn't call back I would be turned in. What's fishy is he called from 855-289-0725 and left a number of 716-632-1591 for a call back number. Totally weird if you ask me. Don't know if calling for me or husband. We both have health issues and don't need the stress of the stupid and bogus phone calls. Never gonna answer them and if they keep calling us, I will report them for harassment and they will e the defendants and not me. DON'T ANSWER WHEN THEY CALL AND DON'T GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alexander Marshall threatening lawsuit with same MO as other complaints listed here. Never says what company he is trying to collect debt on behalf of. I have legitimate debt but always know law firm and legit debt collectors tell you what credit card they are collecting for. Not this guy. I have a fatal heart condition - heart Aneursym and afraid these scum will tear my aorta even further and stress will kill me instantly. Not calling them back. Messages always ask for my address- if legit shouldn't my credit card company have that info for them? Not dealing with this scumbag!

i am getting harrasing messages from these guys on my cell phone.  It is an obvious scam because I just graduated from highschool.  debt.  give me a break!  XD

Got a couple voice mails from Alexander Marshall today threatening me that I am named as a defendant in a case and he has some papers for me to sign and that if I don't call by 6pm I am going to be listed as defiant and non compliant and that I need to call and give them my address.  then they called back with the same kind of message and then the message looped which leads me to believe that this is a call they send everyone since they never even mentioned my name.  I will not be calling these thugs back.   If they call me again and they are going to be the defendants in stalking/ menacing case

All smartphone/ iPhone users, please go onto the apps site and download one of the FREE call blockers for you phone.
They are very good and will ONLY allow calls/ texts from those listed in your phone book. Some of the apps will log the calls and sms rejected so you can check and see the number and if it's someone with a new number, that you know, you can add them off the block list and allow their calls and texts.

I did that, and i'm not bothered by these scum anymore.

Landline users, get Truecall off Amazon! That is brilliant too. A bit pricey but well worth it for piece of mind from these SCUM.

They keep calling and asking for my fiance saying that he is in collections for something but they will not tell us what. They have called several times and when I tried to call them back they got upset on the phone with me saying that we were playing games with them and that he needed to call them back so that they could collect money from him. The lady that I spoke to told me that she would no longer call but that she would send out a summons to court and that if he did not show up that he would be in contempt of court. All I want is for them to stop calling my number and to leave us alone.

I have gotten this message numerous times  from different peoples names but all the same voice. I haven't gotten any notification by mail or have they ever used my name. Can' tell you how many calls saying this would be my last attempt before legal action is taken.

I received the message from these people. I am 6 months pregnant and these calls have caused me stress. I already have high blood pressure.   They also called my husband's cellphone saying that if I didnt respond that I was going to jail.  How do these people get your information?

yes, they called me several times. the guy i spoke with said he was with a debt collector and i had a payday loan on my record, and if i didnt pay it i was going to court!!!! i dont remember ever gettig it and it was 4 years ago, he also has my SS # and my present address.. How is this possible????? the guys name was Richard Ross

Received a call today FROM 716-632-1591 that states to call back 716-362-1591  Recorde message ,,, from Paul Bronner stating I a non compliant on an investigation.

my daughter texted me saying she got a call from this so called company threatening to take me to court for being non compliant!!!! also saying I used her as a reference....Never used her as a reference!!!

I finally got someone to answer the 855 number and it was for someone that I don't even know! They said they would remove my number from their file.

I am receiving the same messages that everyone on here seems to be! I've answered to a recording also telling me that they are going to take further action if I do not call back and cooperate! REALLY? I have been answering! I've even tried to call back but No One will pick up! I have received no mail in regard to a bad transaction and I don't owe anyone! This is clearly NOT a professional/legit company.

I just received another call from these people on my CELL phone!  They don't ask for me by name and they don't leave any indication what it is about.  I am reporting them to the FTC and the BBB.
