Always answer these types of calls - they have to pay for completed call.  Keep them talking as long as possible with fake info so they have to pay more.

I think this is a scam and i was scammed.. i sent 600.00 to them to settle a debt allegedly and I cannot reach them to get a copy of a receipt. Im sooo damned angry. Im going to make a report to the state, but thats not enough.. I may be taking a trip to Bufalo, someone is going to pay me back or settle up ..

These people have called my cell and home phone numbers, saying I owe them for a credit card back in 2006.  Scary thing is they had my ss number and such.  Very IGNORANT and yelling at me when I refused to pay.  Very much a scam, If I get sued, so be it!

A guy claiming to be an investigator left a voicemail for me claiming that I am a defendent in a lawsuit regarding arson! I'm no angel but I also know that I have never and would never commit arson!  Both my husband and I have overdue bills from being laid off so collection calls have started to come in but nothing like this.  It shocks me that a company would blantantly lie like this.  I left him a mesg but no reply yet.

Called here but don't know anything about them. Threatened me with a law suit and told me I needed representation. Gave all back number at 877-458-8329

Received call from this # on caller ID. They gave return # of 877-458-8329. A msg was left with relatives for me. I called back. They said I needed to pay them $ right now to prevent a suit. They weren't cooperative at giving me details. They didn't want to give me time, to invesitage what they were alledging, which I knew wasn't accurate. I have searched & searched for these #'s on the Web and the name of the business. Morgan Ritchman & assoc. (unsure of spelling) I can't find anything. They also wouldn't give me a website to the business. Sounds very suspsicious. I am going to look deeper into this with help from a friend with a legal background.
