I got have received a call from 716-656-9630 leaving a message for my boyfriend who has his own number. I was told to call back to 877-812-2577. When called back the guy said his name was Micheal Anthony, and asked if knew who he was calling for. I said I'm his girlfriend and they guy continued with tell me information that is protected by privacy laws since I am not married to my boyfriend. "Micheal" informed me that my boyfriend owned US Bank money from a loan he took out in 2010. My boyfriend was unavailable to confirm this claim until later on. I called them back at the number he gave me( 716-780-5462) and left a message saying I had a few questions for them and I am still waiting for them to call me back. I am extremely pissed off about this phone call. My boyfriend is a Veteran and serviced his country and someone is trying to ripe him off. I hope this person gets taken down.

This company has called a friend of mine stating that I had written a bad check and they need to get hold of me. This company has never contacted me directly. I have not written a check in the last 10 years so I know this is not possible.

I tried calling the number back and there is no company identified on the outbound message and no way to leave a message. It appears to be a cell phone number. If this is in regards to any legitimate debt, I have not changed my phone number in the last 14 years so they would easily be able to contact me. I have never heard of a legitimate and ethical collection agency (research on the internet suggests that this is in fact what this company is) that acts in this fashion. It is illegal for the company to not identify themselves.

This company is obviously aware that they are not in compliance with the State of New York's and Federal law as it applies to collection agencies. This is why they obscure and make every attempt to cover up their identity. This must stop.

I was just contacted by someone from this number. They stated I owed a debt from a company I have never heard of. I asked for proof and they said they don't have to give proof. They also said i could be criminally prosecuted if i don't pay up. What can I do? I don't need the harassment and can not even get the name of the company from the person calling to file a complaint. calling please of employment leaving harassing message, please remove number from calling list

I received message from this number 716-656-9630 telling me to call back to 877-405-4615 which if you look up is a fraud number - they gave me ref number and said to call - when I called I did not say anything - and the guy says hello and then starts cussing and says - you bi*** I will get you!  I have had a call like this before and then I had 500.00 taking out of my checking account. I claimed fraud and was reimbursed by bank and they found this to be fraud.  These people are crazy.  So if you have your information out there or ever used a payday loan service online - they have your information!  I changed my info and warned my bank.

I got a call just like that months ago, same company name, from phone # 877-812-2577.  it says on yahoo local now that this business is closed.  I sure hope it's true

I got the same message. I have been getting it for about 2 months now. I have yet to have "a decision being rendered on your behalf". They never say who they are and when you call they give you no information. They also won't send the documentation in writing. I've given up answering the phone when they call and put them on my blocked list.

Bunch a bologna!! They leave a message asking you to call back and do it in a timely manner or you will have decisons made for you!!  "Failure to return this call will result in a decision being rendered on your behalf. Please govern yourself accordingly" Whatever............

A guy said that he was investigating an old friend of mine. She had put me as a reference. I have not called back but I had phone calls from other companies where she had me as a reference and she did not pay back car title loans. I am assuming this is just another company
