Calls and emails saying they're debiting my acct. They have all my info. What should I do. I notified my bank.  

Received several calls from a Mack White while I was at work. He became extremely combative when I told him to stop calling me and that I knew that this is a fraudulent company. People like this should be prosecuted its ridiculous that things like this happen to innocent people. I've contacted the authorities and my HR department to reject a calls from this company "American Law Enforcement Department.

Harassing calls . Lies about some loan that never happened

Threaten to arrest me and he called my work like 15 times in one day and then my cell 7 times also he threatened to RAP me said nobody can touch him and he can do what he wants this is disgusting. Someone plz help

They call me at least twice a day, saying they are going to send a sheriff to my house and have me arrested

Calls up to 10 times a day. He says his name is Mac White, and has a very heavy accent. He had my ss# and said there was a lawsuit against it, and that I needed to resolve it with him. When I asked him what it was for, he said he couldn't tell me for sure. I told him he needed to stop trying to scam people and that's when he got extremely rude and said he was sending the local sheriff dept to my door as we were speaking and that he would also call my place of employment several times a day until he got me fired. I told him he was full of crap and to stop calling. He yelled something at me in another language, and hung up on me. I called my service carrier and had his number blocked!! These people are ridiculous! SCAM!!

the same guy has been calling me for a few months now and even telling me the exact same thing he was telling you. this Mac white guy has even said he's going to get me fired from my job because he's going to keep calling there until they fire me. I finally called my phone company and have them block the number because he was calling up to 15 times a day. this is so ridiculous, I wish somebody would stop these people!!

this is a damn scam!!! He use to said he said Mark from New York Police department and I called and got a detective working on these stupid foreigners trying to steal money from people!!! Do not send money to any of these people!!!

Got a call from a man named "Mack White" and he called and said he had my social security number (which is in fact mine) and said that it was a serious legal matter.  Tried to refer him to our attorney since he called me at work and when in the process of transferring him to the attorney's office he hung up.  I had a hard time understanding him and he called several times, called our receptionist's desk 5 times in a row and was very rude to her as well.

They are Back at it again with this number. Never get a payday loan online!

they called me today and said im being sued  for 8 thousand dollars, but if I paid then 8 hundred dollards today that it will be dropped????? so I called my dad who is a cop, to talk to them, and they said they don't wand to talk to him! and hung up on me??? SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same BS happened to me... Except the the guy used the name Jack Martin. Funny, didnt sound like a guy named Jack.

Individuals from this number call and harasses my business every early afternoon trying to get a hold of one of my employees that works the overnight shift.  
I informed to call at 11pm, but representatives, "Jack Martin" and "Nick MacWhite" both informed that they cannot call that late in the evening.  
I guess they really don't want to get a hold of this particular person if they can't call when she is available.  
I want to hire those guys...they know how to get the job done....

This "Mack White" person has been calling me relentlessly on my cell and even at work!  Threatening me that the police will come and "pick me up" if I don't pay $500.  He has called my workplace several times now and threatened my co-workers too!  This guy is obviously a "low-life scam artist", as many others have posted about this very same thing.  How can we make this STOP?

Post all of these numbers to facebook and other social sites.  Waste all their time.  They will stop.

This guy has been calling my job every 5 minutes. Bothering my co-workers and giving them my SS # and personal info. I have called the local non-emergency # and they are on thier way!!! Good luck dude, messed with the wrong person,, :)

I recieved the same phone calls and this guy called my job multible times his name is mack white and his so called lawyer is ricky clark  so becareful of these a***oles they also told me that theyre going to black ball my ss# for the next 7 yrs its illegal to do so .

scam saying i have a payday loan for 250 and i don't even have a checking account.  Called my job 9 times in one day and then told me he could have me lose my job!

This guy named "Mike" says i owe 250 for a payday loan.  Calls back everytime i go off on him and hang up.  He called my job today about  8 times.  When I got home he told me that he could have me fired from my job.  I'm gonna call this dirt bag back and tell him he needs to google his own phone number!  Great idea about the craigs list thing!

Won't do any good, I had the police at my place of employment today 10/30/2012 and the officer called him, the waste of human life refused to give address of where the company is in buffalo , NY, Google this number 716-777-4797, 1st link is from 800notes.com, 2 page it explains that an Indian american is the head of the whole operation,

Got a call at work from a Griffin Bell from American Law Enforcement using same number (716)777-4797 claiming I didn't pay a loan and that he represented Cash Now USA Advance and he had all my info threatening to call my employer and let them know that I stole money for not paying my loan.  Their other number is (806) 496-3429.

This Griffin said I needed to pay my first payment and interest for the loan I took from Cash Now USA Advance.  I asked for the contact name at Cash Now and gave me a Ricky Clarke @ (347) 547-6070. I called this Ricky guy and he said I needed to pay the first payment and interest now or else they'll proceed with suing me. He said they tried getting the money from my bank, but the bank declined so now they said I stole their money and demanded I go to a 7/11, Walgreens or Walmart and buy a "green dot money pack reloadable card" with no 16 digits, but a scratcher at the back and it'll reveal a 14 digit number and that's what I needed to supply him after I paid the store with the money he claimed I owed them. Basically, these scummers are using this prepaid cards to collect your money!

He just called me with the same BS story as you guys I just laugh about it. I have a friend in the FBI so of he keeps calling I'll just give him a call maybe that will shut him up.
