They call me a few times a day.  If I don't have time to mess with them I usually inform them I am recording the call, at which time they either hang up or tell me they have to transfer to a supervisor.  Lol.

Oh MY.. a couple of nasty deadbeat trolls that should worry about their own bills and clean their own porch's first..

Called my house several times. I finally picked up and answered. They asked for a woman I have never even heard of. They acted like I was lying when I said that there wasn't anyone by that name in my house. They said that my number was listed as belonging to a gentleman who she lived with at one point. I said that their information was wrong as the only male currently living in my home has been happily married for 37 years and has lived at this address for 17 of those years. I told them to remove the number from the list or I would contact my attorney.

1) On January 29, 2013, the Maine Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection (the Bureau) received a bond cancellation notice from International Fidelity Corporation informing the Bureau that the above named debt collector?s bond would no longer be effective as of February 28, 2013.

2) On January 30, 2013 the Bureau sent to the above-named collector a certified letter requesting a replacement bond by February 28. 2013. However, there has been no response from the company.

3) On March 11, 2013 and March 12, 2013 the Bureau attempted to reach the above-named debt collector however, the telephone numbers provided to the Bureau do not appear to be working telephone numbers.

Pursuant to the Maine Consumer Credit Code, a current valid bond is a condition of continued licensure in the State of Maine. As of March 20, 2013 the Bureau had not received the debt collector?s replacement bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Debt Collector license of the above-named collector, and its ability to conduct debt collection activities with respect to Maine consumers, is hereby terminated, effective February 28, 2013.

I am getting calls from this number claiming that I owe greater than $6000, on a debt from more than 15 years ago!!! A debt by the way, that was settled between the original creditor and myself! I informed that I never owed anywhere close to that amount anyway, and they claimed that it was interest over all these years!!! Complete Bull! I informed them that I knew that the statute of limitations had run On that even if there was an outstanding balance, "which there is not!," and they stopped calling for a few months, and now they're back again!!!! UNWANTED!!!

In response to these harrassing and threatening calls that you are receiving...because I keep getting them as well, I would notify the FTC,BBB and the FBI and file a complaint.

I pay my bills, but occasionally other things happen, like unexpected medical expenses, loss of a job, pipes in your house break, flooding.  I am not trying to not pay my bills, but geesh, calling 20x day you don't find that harrassing?  Besides, they never leave a message, if they did, maybe, just maybe they would get a return call.

I keep getting calls from this Zenith agency and they are saying they are a debt collector. I just read all these statements about it being a scam. I am getting tired of them calling because I do not have a debt with the company they say I owe money with. Why hasn't the BBB stepped in and put a stop to these people harrassing people if it is a scam!!!

just tell them everything they want to hear... keep them on the phone as long as you can...
then just when they thought they are actually getting something resolved..tell them they have the wrong number.  now you have one of there numbers...put it in your phone as spam....so when the number comes up again...you know its comedy central time :)

The lawsuit notices being sent out from the fabrication department of Scott?s law office are so bad it should be banned by Texas judges. To say it is garbage is an understatement.

I just got off the phone with them and took care of a really old debt that I had avoided and avoided. Guess what?! If y'all would just pay your bills and be take responsibility, it wouldn't be so bad. They were actually extremely professional and great to work with. Do I really wanna pay off that bill? A do not call list does not exclude Debt Collection agencies from calling. No, I do not work for this company. I am actually getting calls from them. I just never answer it when I'm at work. If you owe money, pay it. Simple as that. Nothing they are doing is illegal.

We have repeatedly asked them to stop calling and they will not.

Received a call from this number of which was a recording for a ZENITH DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY out of NEWYORK. THIS IS FRAUD NOT AN AUTHENTIC COMPANY AT ALL. CRIMINALS WORKING THE SYSTEM!  Received other calls under different names for CAPITAL ONE OF WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANY DEBT OUT THERE FOR THEM!  Don't answer these calls from this recording or any live person this is FRAUD!

Received a call from this number this morning leaving a recorded message calling themselves Lehman Acquisitions. Gave me a number and case number to call back which I will not. I went to google to look up this number and found all these complaints. Hopefully they can be shut down.
