Beware of this scammer.  The person commenting above claiming to be served most likely works for this company.  They claim to have a debt that was already written off or settled in court.  They will not provide written documentation and hang up when you start questioning the scam.  I have reported them to the FTC, and hope they close these people down.  I truly hope they are arrested for fraud.

This is someone trying to collect $ , oh and from a loan that was a write off ! /? this loan is years old ~!!  I am on the do not call list and they keep calling me!  I never took a loan with the people calling me! I have just reported the number , and also made a police report for phone harassment! And I no longer live in the states good luck people !

I got the same type of call from a private investigator, but I know I do not have any outstanding anything out there

That is the number for an attorney office. They called me too an I never called them back. One week later I was served paperwork by a process server at work. When I opened the envelope I fond paperwork from the firm and under filed party it had the attorney name and that number as the contact for the investigator who put the file tgether. I took out an Internet loan an closed my account with the bank because the company kept taking paymnts from it. Little did I know that by closing the account to stop them it ment that I bounced an electronic check. So this firm sued me for three times the balance of the loan an the return check fee. Now my wages are garnished an they put a lean on my house an my car loan. If that guy calls ya you should call him back cause if I had I could have settled out of court an avoided all this bs.
