I get 4 calls a day .. They must buy old paper.. They are calling about something that is almost 15 years old and only for $45.95.. such a scam .. even the "worst" of collection agency's will jack the price over $150 so they can "lower it or cut you a deal"  . I just bought a house and my credit was clean and clear nothing showed on the report

Calling almost every day!

The number called is the cell phone my kids use for contacting us while away from home. Per-paid and part of the do not call.... What good is reporting anything if the phone companies do not do anything about it. It is annoying and unwanted. What else is there to do?

Suggest anyone getting a call from this number to do as I have done and file a complaint against this company.  The are Common Wealth Financial Systems and the person I spoke with was Mr. Willis.  Asked to be removed and he was belligerent with me.  Said he would not remove my number from their automated dialer.  Submitted complaint to the FCC for harassment and will continue to submit complaints ever time I get a call from this company.  If we act together we can put scumbag companies like this one out of business.

I'm writing again ! I started receiving calls from this 716 805-1723 on a daily basis, within minutes of activating a new cell phone number. The calls have continued, with as many as 5/day without any formal reference, notification of debts or documentation backing up any bills overdue.

I am told a good way to react is to contact the company suggesting you will promise to return a call /for every call of theirs, to their business leader's home, at any time of the day. I welcome any comments to that suggestion.

Just like everyone else.  I get a call every day from this number.  You can tell it is a sham because they never leave any messages.

This number has been calling my phone for the past several months at least 2 sometimes mor times a dau one in the mornin and one at night I final got on the net and did a search ofnthe numer and found this site its nice to know what everyone has said about the number I have to agree it is very annoyoingy especially since theyhabe ot left a sinle voice mail like many others have said I jus continue to ignore it I guess if they wanna talk they  will leave a message if not oh well guess it was not importantt haha

I bought a new cellphone on Sunday last. I started receiving calls from this number before I actually shared the new number with anyone, except my wife who was with me st the time of purchase. Somehow this telemarketer got my new number only minutes after activating the new AT&T account. The unidentifed East Aurora ny calls have continued everyday without leaving a single voice mail message. Ah......such is the life of the freedoms we have. Go figure ???????.

I have received calls from this number 3-5 times a week for the past few months.  At first, there was an option to press 1 for English, etc., but now there is just dead air.  SO ANNOYING and pointless!

This number started calling my phone in mid-June 2012.  After researching on the internet, I had the number blocked (but it could only be for 60 days).  The block must have recently came off because within the last three days, the number has called my phone twice a day.

Because of all the posts about it being a scam, I have not answered nor called the number back.

I got the same thing. Multiple missed calls and I finally called them, hit 1 for English and a woman answered and I asked to know why they were calling me and she hung up immediately.

Did some research. NCC claims to be a division of Commonwealth Financial Systems which is a debt recovery agency. They claim to be in Dickinson PA. Number 570-347-1115 will send you to the same recording you get if you call the original number back.

I have tried all forms of contacting this company besides email. All have resulted in phones being hung up in my ear. This seems like a scam to me as it asks for you to make a payment via credit card in the options listed. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE! I am certain this is a scam, I have no outstanding debt and am up to speed on all my bills.

I got a call from this number and i selected 1 for English and was pit on hold then someone picked up like it was a business and as if i had called them, I asked why they had called me immediately and they hung up in my ear. Company is NCC Financial. I don't know anything about then but that was what was on the recording when i called back.

Free trace says the call is from East Aurora NY a suburb of Buffalo, but the way the bad guys clone numbers who knows who this is....sucks....
