Got a call from this number saying it was from Prestige Arbitration Services. When the recording mentions the name for which this message was for, I could not understand it. It was all garbled?sounded like someone was blowing bubbles through water. The recording mentioned that I should contact them, regarding a return item from a bank, and that it would best for the person this was for to call them or have the legal counsel call.

Keep getting automated calls from this number daily. It will stop for about a week and then Ill get calls from an actual person saying that I need to call or they will file a lawsuit against me.  After that stopped, I started getting calls for the automatic message service saying they were from goldstein and dwyer something very important was returned from my bank and it would be in my best interest to call them back.  Obviously full of bs, just look at their website goldsteindwyer.com/

Very persistent, will call back three or four times in a row if you don't pick up. You can not call them from a blocked number. In my experience, a company like this is just legal harassment. They are trying to collect on a debt I settled with the original company two years ago, but won't listen to me when I try to explain.

Rec'd call August 10, 2009 @ 12:26 PM PST.  The man asked for my old roommate whom I haven't seen or heard from since he moved.  I don't know if he was collecting or calling for a job interview.

It is a collection agency that is bogus.  Search them on the web.  Big deal with a law suit

Called early in the morning, wanting information about my mother.  A lot of rapid double talk, wouldn't tell me why they were calling.

person called and left message about a court hearing for a person with the same last name and said it was there last time contact w/ this person-actually left case# and everything - they answered like they were legal service...
called back and got a rude little girl who asked if I wanted to argue with her- extremely rude....sorry even called back out of concern for the loser they were leaving the message for on my personal answer machine- had to finally hang up on the rude little girl

got a call from these people trying to collect on an old debt that was thrown out of court over a year ago because it was determined it was not our debt.  they won't accept the court papers and keep calling me.  I have finally had to hire an attorney.  hopefully that will get them to stop calling.
