Grainger gave them my number!

this number called my wife and asked for me by name. said his name was Mark. Said he was trying to lower inventory on shop equipment and shop supplies. when I ask what company he was  with he hung up

This number called me around 6:30 pm. asking for my husband as well...I found this very suspicious and am glad to know I am not the only one this is happening to.

Had the same call, but he asked for me by name (correctly), then hung up after a couple seconds

Called my father asked for me by name. He told him I wasn't around. I called back 15 min later and the number isn't receiving calls.

Received a call tonight from this number.Asked for my husband by name. I told him he was not home at that time. He asked when he would be back and I answered it should be anytime. I asked to take a message and he said my name is Hank & he has my number.  Just tell him I'm looking for him.

Called 2/7/2013 but would not talk after I answered the phone.  I could hear background noise but then person hung up after a few seconds.

We had a lengthy message left from this number, at 6:30 pm, 2/6.  The man was obviously very drunk, saying how his health is better than ours & said the person he was speaking to was fat. He addressed someone present on his end as Patty or perhaps Fatty?  Rambling, confrontational  & really drunk; perhaps a "butt call"?

Called my work after 7pm asked if this was (name of the business) and then asked for the person in charge.  I stated I was the office manager and asked if I could help him and he hung up.

Called at a quarter to nine on a weekday and asked for my husband by name.  I asked who was calling and he said Jim Peterson.  When I asked what it was in reference to, he hung up.

he does the same stunt on me. Always wants to talk to my husband and calls him by his name. As soon I say something, he hangs up. Why do they do that? Has anyone an answer?

Keep getting calls from this number, claiming to be from industrial supplies,Which is odd cause # 1 he calls late and wierd hours, #2 this number is a cell phone(cingular) and when you call back it always goest straight to voicemail and the message says no mail box set up for this account.
This is a wierdo and do not take his calls

This number has been calling for a couple of days, leaves no message. I answered it today and he said it was John Cook from West Coast Supply, "The Tool Guy"

A man who claimed to be Chris Jones phoned my place of work wanting to talk to my boss.  He asked for him by name making it sound like they were buddies.  When I asked him who he was with he said "oh your not going to do that to me"  Then he asked me what color of panties I was wearing.  What a creepy loser and very unprofessional.

Has called where I work(in Canada) a few times.....noone speaks and hangs up and the number is from the US

called my wife and he asked for mewife then asked who was calling ... when i got on the phone he hung up My wife said his name was kurt or curt

A guy named Chris called at 8:50pm asking for my husband by name.  He said he was making a sales call on behalf of Industrial Supply and asked for another number to reach my husband.  I told him that I do not give out my husband's personal number, and could take a message, and that he will not be able to reach my husband at the number he dialed, so he hung up on me.

I answered the phone and the man asked for Mr. Suttle. I told him that I take all calls as my husband has vocal cord cancer. The caller hung up--very rude. Why bother to call? Just to bother folks enjoying an evening at home?

I answered the call, they asked for me, I said hello, and they hung up......hmmm
