Reported a number yesterday of 716-875-4443 caller id said 716 Services.  Amazingly got a call from 716-874-3276 this morning - caller id said Niagra Frontier.  Funny thing, gal on the phone said she was from 716 Services.  Giving away free magazines to working woman.  Told them not interested don't call again - on do not call list - just STOP!  Another scam.

Found the info for a direct contact for this scumbag telemarketing company.

Got a call from   lady on the other end. I answered with a simple 'hello' and she asked who I was.  I replied ' you called ME, you should already know that!'...she said I just lost her buiness and hung up very abruptly!  RUDE!!!! When I try to call back it's either busy or sounds like a hang up call..

didn't answer the call, no voicemail left.
i called the number back, sounded like someone answered then hung up.
called the number back again a few times, just rings to busy signal.

yes its called the DONOTCALL laws - and if you want the calls to stop you have to report them.    

You have to be registered for at least 31 days before you file a complaint.


the biggest problem is most people never file the complaints with the donotcall.gov website.    So there is little they can do IF NO ONE BOTHERS TO REPORT THEM!

Telemarketer are scumbags.......How can we put them out of business once and for all. They anoy and harrass. Isn't there a law in this land about "DISTURBING THE PEACE"?

Got a call from (716)874-3276......caller ID said "NEW YORK CALL."  Offered me, "as a business owner(I'm an employee) a free subscription to 6 magazines."  I've heard this one before...."all you have to do is pay for the shipping and handling of the magazine....which is only $13.00 a month!  So, my "free subscriptions" are actually $156.00 for the year!  Doesn't sound free to me!!!

Asked who was calling and they hung up on me.
