I work in Human Resources for an organization in Michigan and received a call from the Ms. Hornsby referenced above.  Her message indicated that she was calling to do a verification of employment for an employee.  Her message was very unprofessional and it sounded like she was eating when she called.  I'm thankful to have read these comments before falling for her trick.

I get rotation calls from this number, always at ten minutes after the hour. Her system isn't very good as there is NEVER anyone to answer when I pick up. I realize debt collecters and telemarketers use this kind of system but so far it hasn't served her purpose as it disconnects when I pick up. So, I called it back this morning and got her name, Deb Hornsby. Left a message. Found this site when I googled the number. Looks like she works for quite a few collection agencies or they keep changing their name. I don't have any outstanding debts so I'm probably getting calls for someone else like some of you others so I will be filling up her answering machine until I speak with her. Next step, report her to the FCC!

for 2 YEARS now a Hornsby has been calling our phone # looking for a Patricia Beadle!  We don't know a Patricia Beadle...I sure wish Patricia Beadle would call her !!!  I'm sick of Hornsby calling me!  You'd think after 2 YEARS of us telling her we're NOT Patricia Beadle she would realize she has the WRONG NUMBER!!!
