I got the same call with no voicemail being left. I've been called from 2 other numbers regarding the HESC claim with no paperwork or email received. Seeing as I have student loans, I thought he was legit and gave him my info. Shortly after I started receiving calls from two different servers, one of whom called me twice in a few weeks time with a different name. I knew it was the same guy who had called me before because he had a very distinct way of leaving a voicemail regarding a complaint lodged against me with no one coming to deliver papers as well as bogus charges showing up on my bank account. Be very wary of this phone call! This guy is extremely difficult to understand!

The guy calling can barely speak English and it's very hard to understand him. He said he was calling in regards to HESC and he was from some company with Financials in the title. He asked me to verify the last four of my social security number and said that he was calling in reference to a debt and that he was sending me paperwork and and e-mail; both of which I have not received. Be very wary...

Someone keeps calling from 7169655715. I have no clue who it is because they don't say anything. They are calling both my cell phones so it makes me wonder who it could be. They call at various times throughout the day.
