What happened after because they're calling me too and threaten me

I got a call from PRG and they stated a loan I took out over a year ago in which is on my credit statement because I was unable to pay from cash net USA. Any loan that is under 2500 dollars cannot be court bound. They can only simply state it to the credit bureau. But from reading all these stories I see that they are a scam. The guy said his name was dean garet from Philadelphia. I asked for documentation and still have not gotten it. Look out for this number 2156218299

I received three calls from a Bobby Freeman wanting my verbal complaint saying she was from a fraud company saying all actions will be taken against me.

The name is Stephen Blair and he says he's a claims rep for Publishers Clearing House.  Next call was for $400 sent by money order to PRG for the balance due to a PO Box 1586 in Decatur Ga. Called me a liar told me I didn't know what i talking about.  This guy name was Richard A supervisor.  This gentleman that I had talked to a young lady already.  They are  saying that I have not. This young lady said that are trying charge me with fraud.

Got a call from them and they are just plain rude. Id like to meet some of them in a dark alley.
They demanded I give them my bank information right now. I told them id pay in acouple weeks and they still call and harass me. They told me they were gonna take me to court over the 130 I owe.
I not gonna pay until someone answers the number cashnetusa gave me.
I suggest no one pays these guys it just doesn't seem right

They have called my ex, my sick parents. The guy's name is DAVID KRAFT. His "personal" cell number is 716-335-9062. If you call this number or their "corporate" 888-583-1164 you will have a "Hello" and chewing sounds. They told my son they have MARSHALS coming to my house. Ask them for their address. CLICK.

they started by calling my elderly parents constantly,then phone calls to my cell with threatening messages about summons court costs and attorney fees and or jail time,as well as fraud charges and a host of other charges as well,when I told a Ms. Diana Frank then a Mark Fitzgerald that i could pay by money order she quickly said that they only accept visa,mastercard or personal banking info.

I just received a message at my employer from a "Mrs. Brown" stating if she did not hear from me today, she would be faxing the information to my employer. I have also been constantly receiving calls on my cell phone from different variations of this phone number. I have no idea what these people are talking about!

call cashnet. they will give you the information of where your acct is now and if it leads to him, then i would take care of it.

I just received a call a few minutes ago at my job from you guessed it, Marshall Cooper from PRG but what I dont understand is how did he get my info??  I did really take out a loan at Cashnetusa and trust me I believe that they took out from my acct more than the monies owed to them (which I have diputed) so I wasnt sure if this was legit or not.  I do not have the kind of job that I can accept calls from outside persons so I hope he listens when I told him do not call my job.  He stated if I did not pay some so called balance of 477.00 that I would then be charged some atty fee of theirs summons at my job for $2900.  I told him that I would contact Cashnetusa myself and he said that they wont help bc it is out of their hands and I'd be sued.  Not sure what to do from here??  Should I just contact the BBB??  I'm in the state of Ohio.

A person named Marshall Cooper has called from this number for two months. Do not give any personal information to these people, it's a scam! They block their number when they call. Report them to your Attorney General's office immediately.

The caller was Erica Jackson.

This guy is phoning everyone I know. He told my parents that he had a warrant for my arrest and was going to have me picked up for something I did not do. They aren't healthy and he really upset them. He also called a friend while she was at work at the hospital and is not supposed to get personal calls and the message he left had her worried enough to call from work.

Telling lies like these is not legal!

I called the company he claims he is collecting for and they advised me not to tell him anything. They said he was NOT connected to them at all.

I GOT ONE OF THESE CALLS FROM MARSHALL COOPER SAYING HE WAS GOING TO SERVICE ME A SUMMONS, HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT CASH NET USA, BUT IF YOU LOOK ON CASHNET USA'S WEBSITE THEY DENIY THESE CROOKS.  I PLAYED HIS GAME TRYING TO GET MORE INFORMATION FROM HIM, MEANTIME I CALLED A CONSUMER ATTORNEY HERE IN NEVADA.  I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY, AND HE COULDN'T GET AMYTHING FROM ME ANYWAY BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING.  THE NEW LAW THAT THE FEDEAL GOVERNMENT PASSED IN JANUARY 2009 PROTECTS PEOPLE ON FIXED INCOMES.  IF YOU RECIEVE A CALL FROM HIM OR ANY CROOK LIKE THIS DON'T PANNICK CALL ATHE AG'S OOFICE IN YOUR STATE RIGHT AWAY.  DON'T LET THEM GET YOU.

Been getting calls from Marshall Cooper as well. He called my in-laws and told them everything under the sun to scare them. He told them that their son was going to be arrested....and I was going to be arrested for identity fraud for taking the loan out in my husbands name. WTF? Unreal...These people should not be allowed to do this. I am paying my loan back slowly...it was stupid to take it out to begin with...but in this economy, sometimes you do stupid things to get by. FU Marshall Cooper!
