Got a call from Karen Deveraux from PLCS. Claiming she is a mediator not a collections agent and that I am being sued by Cashnet USA for a pay day loan from 2010. When she gave the bank info it was supposedly deposited in..I don't bank with that bank.
I told her I need to research this and find out what is going on. She can't provide any documentation. Claimed I have 48 hrs to figure it out or they will recommend further action.
Bunch of BS.  For someone who isn't a collections agent I find it hard to believe you just asked me to pay 477.96 for a loan I've never taken out.

I just talked to this Karn Devereaux.... Told them I wanted something mailed to me for proof- something I can take and go get checked out- I took a loan out almost 6years ago- paid it off and now they expect me to pay it off agian... what the heck???  they said they were going to mail something... we'll see I guess

same msg but different lady..supposedly..Karen Devereaux same song and dance last time someone tried this on me the guy told me two different names..same voice when I told him I had recordings of both voices ie same  voice different names/alias and Iwas turning over to da and bbb and whoever else I could he hung up and never called again

A lady named kerry Miller from the department of legal services from PRG and associates is harrassing me.
she said that I have 2 charges against me and I have to call her inmediatly to avoid legal action with the court

Person claims to be a collection agency of some kind.  Threatening to have lawsuit and criminal charges brought against me if I don't pay.  They are violating the law with their threats.

spoke to gentleman at PR firm very helpful was willing to work with me .... i was able to settle a pending legal issue of mine for an affordable price.
