I received a call on 6/27/2014 @ 11:37 am..the caller stated.."This is officer Alex Marshall from the Federal IRS, they have decided to recover the tax amount in your name.  It is in your best interest to return the call to me at 716-983-9933.  If you do not call back this legal situation will fall back on you!  I wish you good luck and good bye!"
This person doesnt even speak clear english, how do I get this to stop???

A man with accent named Alex Marshal called and said I owe the Fed gov some money. He threatened me if I didn't call back I would suffer the consequences.

This number left a message saying I owe taxes and they are calling to collect that me or my attorney needs to call or legal action will b taken it wasn't very clear not sure everything they said

IT WAS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE WITH A STRONG ACCENT THE IRS IS COLLECTING MONEY FROM ME... CALL THEM OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES GLOOM & DOOM TYPE MESSAGE.

I know for a fact that the IRS doesn't leave a voice mail when Money is owed... a formal letter with ways to contact them is what you would have. PLEASE nobody believe this one!!!! Please & Thanks & I hope you find the jerk before anyone believes this bull.

Got the same call - IRS saying owe money.

I got a call from this number I didn't answer he left a message on my voicemail saying he was with the IRS and he is trying to get a hold of someone that owes taxes ...so later I called the number back  and he asked for me by name and said I owe $1800 in taxes and wanted to know if I had an attorney  and I said no and than he asked if I was a N#gg#r   then I told him that hr block does my taxes and I would have to contact them and as soon as I said that he hung up so I called him back and when he answered I asked him y he hung up on me and he hung up again....

Same thing I told him to tell me my name and he couldn't then he hung up!  

Just got the same call, guess they think I don't know its a scam.

this 716 keeps calling my number can't understand him .it's a Farner on the other end of the phone this man is crazy.I hung up on him.

Heard the same thing. Some guy from the "IRS." He gave me his "direct number" and threatened that I needed to call or else I would go to prison.

A recorded message from an agent of the IRS, if he does not hear from me or my attorney, I can "suffer the consequences".  Hope he's not holding his breath.
