Concern mother , I receive calls daily stating my son owes a debt to the bank. I explained to him that he did not live in the State and have not for the last three half years. I realized that it was a lie, because if the check or bad debt was in this county , how dies Nee York handle the debt. How can you stop the calls or report the Company.

Kaden Group 1-855-714-3586 is a scam. They called and left a messege saying i owe ACE Cash money and have to pay immediatley or i will be sued and have to pay 3 times the amount i owe ace cash. It caught my attention at first because i know i had a loan out with them and had not settled the debt. The caller was very rude, spoke with an east coast accent and was pretty much making threats saying i was going to be served papers and sued by the courts ect ect. Like a dummy i gave them my debit card information, when the caller asked me for the address associated with the card i then knew he was full of s*** and called them out on it, he got upset then hung up on me saying that an attorney was going to go forth with the law suit. I then contacted ACE Cash and asked them which creditor company they work with and if they every heard of a Kaden Group, the said no ofcourse. I called so called Kaden group back and proceeded to cuss them the f*** out.

I hope my post can help people. I have been getting this same phone call constantly saying my child's name who does not even have a bank account has a returned item. It is obviously a scam.  So don't believe them. I just would like to know if anyone knows how to stop the calls.

I find it extremely funny how you tell me not to call you again and not to threaten you with the law, but it is ok for you to call a minor's phone and accuse him of being on drugs and threaten him to be at our door step for him. You guys are a unethical and a scam. There have been enough complaints on you, I do not know why your so called business has not been put to rest. This is the final warning, take my sons number off of the scam list immediately, I have contacted the BBB, and law enforcement.  If this continues more drastic measures will be taken! And unlike you scam artists, I do not mean with violence. Get a real job, and quit harassing people!!!!!!!

I have received several calls from this number. I called the co and asked for specific information in writing and they started yelling and said I feel sorry for you when our attorney gets you . I also called the co they said we owed they said to make a police report because you owe nothing to us.

My "husband" is an idiot and does owe Ace Cash. These people just seemed fishy.  We have no problem paying but when I asked for a confirmation email I had to call back and the Receptionst hung up on me after I asked if they were licensed in Texas.  Called back again and a somewhat helpful guy named Richard answered.  He got me my e-mail ( which I gave my e-mail address twice to the first guy) and actually did call back like he said but got REAL pissy when I asked for confirmation of payment and I questioned why my address wasnt updated like my e-mail wasn't.  My banker says he can get my $ back but also warned me that they can have your drivers licenses tagged.  Forwarded this to an attorney friend for advice.

i have gotten 2 of these calls so far . same as all of the above , i called back got hung up on . its a scam .also according to a web sit. their return address is. kaden assests, PO Box 588, Amherst, NY 14226. i have not verified this yet but they will be getting a cease and desist letter from me

THE MESSAGE WAS THE SAME AS THE OTHERS...A RETURNED ITEM FROM MY BANK(WHICH IS UNTRUE) YOU OR YOUR CONSUL MUST CALL THIS NUMBER TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW DID THEY GET  MY NUMBER? IT OBVIOUSLY IS A POTENTIAL SCAM OF SOME SORT.

Received the same call as shown above by Jack.  I picked up mid call to answer then realized it was an automated message.  I was going to call back but now rereading the full message above, I will not.  I have no file number, nothing has been returned from my bank, and often get misdirected nuisance calls such as this. Very annoying.

I got a robo call from this # at 08:21 cst.  My machine picked up and I missed half the message as the robo call starts when anything answers.  So I got the last bit of the message.  I always look up #'s to see if it's worth calling back.  Thanks to Jack for typing out the message.  I now know I won't be calling them back.

I really do wish these idiotic robo calls would stop.  It's driving me crazier.

I called the number and told a guy to get stuffed. He called back and left a message saying he couldn't help me if I didn't call and talk to him. Get stuffed!

Iam getting the same call and the voice is kinda creepy. I wish the calls would stop.

They keep calling, never leave a message, dont respond when you say hello, or call and hang up.

I got this call today. Same thing as above, I need to call about something my bank returned. Didn't happen. I check my bank every day and all is well.. The name on the caller I.D. said "KADEN ASSET." I get so tired of all these unwanted calls!

Received voice mail stating the same as all other comments above.  This is the 4th number that has the same recording, and they all go to my work cell phone.  They always say to contact my consul, regarding a returned item from my bank:

Received some calls from what sounded like a recorder with a somewhat distorted voice pre-recorded message.  Caller indicated I had to call 855-708-2197 to resolve whatever was wrong with my account.  I'm not calling them.

I called back 3/12/12, they were looking for someone who had no connections with myself or this number.  They were to take me off their calling list.  I received a call again 3/13, this is a cell phone and their calls cost me minutes.  This is their 4th call to my cell phone.

I have no business with these people and therefore they will not get a return call from me. Please have my phone number removed.

Something about a bogus account and they expect a call back. When I called their number, this tool named "Dick" call and when I told him I have no business with them and to loose my number, he started crying like a bi*** saying, "Are you threating me? Are you threating me?  Do you know who I am with the county." Actually shouting.  Like that mattered. I told this spincther  to shut his pie hole and then went on to say, "I'm recording this for the local authorties." He had a strong "chicago" accent. [removed:lang]
