Keeps calling in regards to a payday loan, harassing and very rude.

I don't answer this number when they call but they always leave a recorded voicemail with a reference number. I have never called them back.

The caller does not say who they are. They say we have called before and we have not return their calls. They leave a file number to refer to when we call back. We have not called them back. We let the answering machine pick up the call.
