This is a scam dont believe Lil Ms Linda Lukes she probably works for them. From time to time they have people checking & posting stuff to scare people into calling and paying money to them but they are scammers.... Trust me I got scammed, then called a lawyer to find out by then it was to late I was out $300. Soooo dont fall for this CRAP..

Unfortunately this is a valid company, I contacted them and it was regarding an insufficient draft that I authorized. I spoke to my attorney and he said this company does have the ability to pursue me legally. I ended up calling them and they worked out a settlement for me..good luck!

this peson man saids he is calling and he has a summon to give me and if i like to settle before taking to court i must call this number 716-989-0980 i asked him what company it was and he could not answer saying its in a sealed evelope and he could not answer who its from and said i have 30 minutes to call the above number i really think this ia a scam . anyone got a call from this number ?
