Called me last night.

I received the exact email twice today from two different people, but with the same information.I do not know who these people are, but I did register with Snag a Job and Career Builders.

Just I received a below email

I got this same email and was curious because the lingo in the letter tries to be professional, but is somewhat skewed.  I googled the name of the 'company'  KES Inc, and got nothing useful!  I'm so glad this site led me to all of these comments.  I'm deleting this "JOB OFFER" ASAP. I subscribe to Monster and Career Builder, but didn't get the email until I did a video resume with a local news station.

I GOT the same scam letter too

Obviously, these emails are scams trying to separate you from your money. The "money transfer" part of the job requires you to do something like deposit checks they send you into your account, then forward the money on to another account, supposedly keeping 10%. Their checks bounce and you are stuck.

They get your email address the same way any other company does. They sign up as a compnay on the job websites then get lists of resume's from the members. You just have to be aware that these types of emails are scams.

I eceived the exact email yesterday.I do not know who these people are.But they need to stop.

I too received the same email... keep in mind not long ago Monster's site was "hacked"  as was another... so if you have posted a resume or if you simply have a user id which is in most instances your email  they got it.

The message from Monster was that the hacker only got hold of email addresses... Monster has a message on the hacking...

I received this same email and many like it since starting a job search.  What's different about my search (from the other comments) is that I didn't post a resume nor register on mass sites like Monster, Career Builder, Robert Half, etc.  I applied to specific jobs postings or just did generic searches so I'm not sure how they got my email.

But it goes to show that one should not list home phone nor address on resumes they post to mass sites. And establish a separate email for job searches so they can't view your regular account. Finally, when I opended the email I noticed my Oracle database started doing something.  Interesting how an email could activate a data query.....

I received the same email.  I also recently registered with Robert Half Financial Services, so you may have identified one of the sources utilized by these folks.

Me too I received the e-mail too as I also thought it was a scam I just googled a part of the message and I found this report, I hope you can track these people, I can´t give a source but it's probably from one of the many job agencies I've subscribed to. Good luck

I also received the same e-mail with the phone # described above.  Trying to figure out how they got hold of my e-mail.  Recently, I have been posting a lot of resumes on what I thought were legit sites - Monster.com, CareerBuilder, etc.

I received the same email as described above.  I do not know if they tried to call me because I do not answer numbers I don't recognize.  I figured this was a scam and I did not respond to the email.  I just tried to look them up online (Google) and found this page with others posting the same thing.

I've been getting similar emails for a couple of months - ever since I signed up with Milwaukeejobs.com.  Nice to know they're keeping our info 'safe'....

Got the same email today with the same phone #. I got it after using milwaukeejobs.com So far no legit job emails, just tons of scam ones.

number was posted on email. email was supposed to be a job offer.  i received several such emails withsome of the same verbaige like providing a laptop computer or blackberry or iphone.
