i received calls from 716-240-8045, 716-821-9202, 716-2404665, all same people. These people have threatened me and left threats on my voice mail about incarceration and court summons, I called them back spoke to them they have identified themselves as different company each time, they call me names, I never did this payday loan, they are ridiculous. I contacted the NY attorney general to file a complaint and my local state. I advised them yesterday I did do that and I do have the threats on my voicemail i saved from them, the girl yelled and hung up on me and so far today no calls! So i suggest you file complaint with attorney general this company has several against them from what i researched and they constantly change numbers, company name ect. they are idiots and prey on people to attack and try to strong arm you into giving them money. This company has met their match because I am going all out on getting them caught. save all your phone call messages...they are not allowed to say they are taking you to court , they are not allowed to say anything about jail, arrest charges ect... so if they do save your message that is proof. they can be fined and shut down with as many complaints i see online they for sure can get shut down if everyone reports them. Also fill out a form complaint on the FCA website

Trust me when I say this its all a scam. lombardo davidson goodman law firm  is ran by a criminal  running a pay day loan scam  where he get your information  from a third party and wires a authorized payday loans  to your bank account  charging 40 percent interest rates  or taking anonymous amount of  money  from your account. All the lombard davis and goldman law firm is is one of many  of these fake collection agencies  being ran by the same people running the same fake online payday loan businesses  that are not legally licensed payday loan businesses. That is why you have nothing to fear when they threaten you over the phone because they have no legal right to collect on any debt. Things to pay attention to  that they if they threaten you over the phone then they are not a real law firm  or collection agency  this is called shadowing  and it is very illegal  plus law firms don't call you by phone and threaten you they simply just file a subpoena  with your county clerk office.

THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!! 716-989-5217, Lombardo, Goldman...called several times, same as with everyone else and being a single mom, knowing I did have a payday loan around the time they said, freightened me with the court ordered lawsuit, so I paid them. 4 different payments, $660.00 and when I called when all was said and done to get proof of my payments, it went right to a voicemail, a man's voice, no name.  SCAMMED????  Apparently!  It seems that there should be a way to see where the funds went since they were made electronically and somehow get my money back?  Where do we go? It's been 10 months, has too much time elapsed?  I feel for all of us, these people need to be stopped, caught and dealt with.

Well  I was scammed by this company and a Mr.Frank White. I am out $500.00. Anyone know how I can get my money back. I live in PA.  I keep getting calls from othjer collection agency scammers regarding this same matter!!!!  Anyone have feedback or know hot to get in contact with this company since they are no longer at their phone number???

These people are not legitimate! If you live in New York State it is illegal for payday loan companies to even give you money. If you signed a contract with them, it is VOID. The cap for interest is 25%...some of these companies charge 400% on a $200 payday loan. Get to know your state's laws regarding payday loans and harassment by collection callers. Also know your civil rights! There is due process! Tell these idiots to go ahead and seek a judgment against you. There are legal steps that have to be followed before a judgment can be acquired against you. And the biggest one is the burden of proof that falls on idiots like Lombardo, Davis and Goldman.

well get ready cause now they have changed numbers.  New number is 716-418-7258 and 716-989-5217.  This moron Jim Lincoln calls and says that he if using a federally recorded phone line.  Threatens to have my husband arrested.  We have no idea what he is talking about.  I have asked or copies of this so called "contract" with his so called "client" or to give me the name of this so called "client to no avail.  They supposedly mailed (snail mailed) copies back on Dec 9, 2010 and supposedly was 2 day priority mail.  Still have yet to have gotten those from these idiots.  Told me that he got our contact numbers through our county sheriffs office.  LOL...how funny is that when both my hubby and I use only cell numbers and neither of those are listed.  Not to mention my husbands is NOT even under his name but the company he works for and my phone is a pay as you go NOT a contract phone.  These people actually think I am this stupid.  I used to work for a lawyer...not to mention my lawyer is already aware of all this garbage and they just keep adding more to it.  These people are the biggest pains in the butt I have ever seen not to mention heard!

I received two calls from Lombardo Davis Goldman Firm from a man named Colby requesting that I pay back on a payday loan Company that I have not been provided any written documentation or who I owe.  When asked the name of the Company they could not provide it to me that said that they would try and email me they just stated that they work for a bunch of pay day loan companies on-line and they collect for them and if they don't receive a payment in their office they will file a law suit and garnished my wages.

You know what maybe you should find out the facts before you go talking bad about people. people have morals! Some people come up with a financial burden and are unable to pay back not they they intended not to pay back. And yes I have been called before by companies like these trying to scam me i went through the whole call of who is the company how much do I owe and I never borrowed any money from the company they said. i applied online and declined the loan with the company. So OBVIOUSLY IT IS A SCAM!

This is a scam.  I received phone calls from Reliable Recovery about a month ago about a payday loan I know nothing about and told them I wanted to verify it, please send me something in writing.  They never did.  Then last week I got another call from them, at work, saying they were filing against me since I refused to work with them.  I told them that I had requested this "debt" in writing and received nothing and I was not giving them my credit card number when I didn't know what this debt was.  They got nasty and I was given the "Operations Manager", a lady named Rebecca Foxworth, who belittled me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise before hanging up on me.  I called them back and told them I was filing charges against them with the FTC and that if they called me again at my work I would file harrassment charges against them as well.  Today I get a call from Lombardi, Davis and Goldman about this same debt.  The voicemail said to call "Rebecca" back.  Reliable and Lombardi both have 716 area codes.  I can only assume these are run by the same person, most likely this Rebecca woman, and she is a third party collection agent just trying to get some money on bogus debts.

I work for the court system here in NY and half the "legal terms" he was using don't even exist, they make shiz up just to scare people into giving them money, YOU ALL NEED TO FIND REAL JOBS!

I have been getting phone calls from these folks as well and I have been ignoring them . I have just finished dealing with such a thing with my attoney. All these companies out here are scammers from overseas that are trying to get us for our money. I have tried answering their calls but I never seem to get a live person. It is always a voicemail and they hang up. I will suggest you not to pay these folks because they are not legit. Do not worry or stress over any of their foolishness. Most of these companies are fraud and should not be collecting money from anyone.

I have got a call from them today as well. They threaten to take legal actions so I called the company that I had the loan with and they said this was illegal and they did not sell my account to this company. I contacted the BBB.

I have also been getting threatening phone calls from Lombardo Davis and Goldman firm. The call start nicely then escalate to harassment and threats. They claim i gave them my account number and they took several unauthorized payments.I had to fill a report with the FTC. they instructed me to write a cease and desist letter and send it certified mail. I want my stolen money back can any one help?

My Father in law just called (they live 225 miles away!) saying Ron Bronson from Lombardo, Goldman & Davis called looking for my husband about a legal matter. Not sure how they got their number & after leaving my husband a message on his cell, I googled them & it appears they are scammers... just unreal. Even if it were a real "claim" I don't believe they can "serve" you via phone...he wouldn't give my in laws any other info. so it's a little perplexing. From what i've read on here & other links, I'm hoping we have nothing to worry about if we just ignore them.

Can you give me the phone number for the BBB? I went onto their site & unless you've purchased something from a business, there's no way to file a complaint online. I searched their site for Lombardo, Goldman & Davis & no company came up.
They called my in laws this morning & I want to nip this in the bud NOW.

Good luck with your case.. prob best to just ignore them and report things to proper authorities. Try to get some calls on recording (both ends of the convo recorded) if you like..but even that is not legal in some states if you don't tell the other party you're recording them.

I have been getting these same calls about my SS#. Were you able to find out anything as what can be done to stop this?

this is a scam i paid my bill with them thinking things were all good.... nope!! check with company who they say they represent first!!!!! mine was through advanced americash and i spoke to them and they said no company that is a pay day loan can put u in jail or bring fraud charges against you!!!!! they are all big and bad till they have a detective call them!!!!! anyways this is a scam i lost $495 to them and may not get it back... i do have a police report in place and i am calling the attorney general so someone stops these people!!!!!

they had my sos # my tax return info my parents #s everything!!!!! its a scam and this company has been after a few people that i know of here in aberdeen south dakota.... i had a detective call and speak to them... however this was after i believed there threats and sent money to them... found out when i googled there #'s they called me from that others had the same experiences and me... i did some research and found over 16 other #'s and diff. company names that this same scam is using.. they called themselves Brown, Andrews, and Scott law firm when they  called me... i've found a few other names of so called law firms that they say they represent its all lie's and i don't want anyone else to loose money like i did!!!! go to or call the loan place they say they represent and speak to them first... i did after the fact and found that others had come in to the company who were in good standings and were being told they still owed so this company is going after everyone!!!!!  becareful!!! i'm a single mom who's been outta work for 2 years do to a back surgery and complications and i had to beg family to help bay this bill and to find out that its a fake company and the actual bill wasn't paid really made me angry...
