criminals from NY are worried about my safety in Arizona..If they only knew LOL

We are really besieged by various numbers at various times of the day and night...whether they switch number or are the same gangs changing hands it doesn't matter.  They are harassing everyone for the few fools they catch in their scams.  We should be writing to the FCC and keep writing until they pay attention.  This is an epidemic now!

I received a call from that number yesterday morning. The caller ID showed Niagara Falls, but no message was left.

Called 9:15 AM according to Caller ID, but today is the 28th and this call was not in yesterday's log, so may be spoofing time and date as well as the number in Niagara Falls, NY.

Long message in Nevada at 1 pm PDT 072713 for my personal safety and how important it was and call now, hit this number, that number etc and rambled on for a couple minutes and press 9 if wanted to be added to the do not call list etc.  Why would you answer and press 9 to be added to the do not call list when they are making an illegal phone call in the first place?  Then they will call nonstop because they know they have live bait on the other end.  Report to Feds -- this group changes their phone number every few weeks.  They can only catch them if they get current information because these are good con artists.

Hey 800notes.com!  Your R&D group needs to do some research on websites like yours and realize that websites like http://www.callercenter.com/716-990-7315.html are drawing hits due to providing right up front a quick summary such as (with callercenter.com)  "...You are the 3rd person to search for it here. The number has a total of 0 complaints filed against it. ".  That VERY quickly tells me that yes, this is some scammer!  

And you guys (800notes.com) would kick butt on your hit count since in the case of this number, I can see  14 COMPLAINTS (not just searches) against that number on your site!  Come on guys!  Get your webmaster in gear and upgrade that very easy and very INFORMATIVE piece of info on your web page.

Called 8/27/13   Caller ID said Archer Norman  No message  Annoying  I don't answer these harassers.

My caller ID says Niagara Fls NY.  Don't know anyone there.  What is with these people.

Caller ID says Norman Archer at 716 990 7315.  Not his real name.  I suggest EVERYONE get caller ID and don't answer unless you recognize the number.  Eventually these people will frustrated when they never get a live person picking up.  Ha, jokes on them.

I don't think of them as scammers anymore.  They are mentally ill.

Received call 12:06pm California time. No message left.

Same old scammers as always, with a different number.  You just can't get rid of them.  Blocked and reported.

Caller ID lists Out of area. I do not answer unknown numbers. No message left.

Called me at 11:12 a.m. California.  Caller ID states Norman Archer.  I don't answer calls I don't know, and of course they left no message.  Someone suggested to pick up and immediately hit the number 9 repeatedly and they will think your number has been discontinued and take you off their list.  Who knows.  The DNC has not helped me - I get at least 5 calls a day from different numbers.  I just re-registered my number again.  I would love to get a loud whistle - that may be more effective than the DNC list!.  But I only hesitate as many of these folks are probably doing a job they despise..........Though some of them are rude and offensive.  

Caller ID states Norman Archer and I am assuming a telemarketer call.
