This organization appears to have done a 360? turn about since the days when their reputation was one of the worst in Buffalo. New boss Brain Peek is working hard to change the way things are done and appears to have made many positive changes. I have not seen one federal lawsuit filed against them since 2005 and is receiving letters from employees boasting about their compliant work place. (Thanks Sgt Baker).

I read information on their site concerning new boss Brian Peek, found it to be impressive, he has a solid track record, deep roots and knows the Western NY debt collection scene. He also appears to be putting his talents to work in a positive way that is benefiting his organization their name and the especially the people working there.

If American Coradius can do it in the hostile environment of Buffalo, NY there is hope for all the debt collectors. Let?s give Brian Peek a pat on the back and hope he continues in his philosophy of collecting debts legally.
