Well, as it turns out, this number is soliciting charity funds for the PA fraternal order of police. This organization was sued by the state of pa already for this type of crime. If they call me again, I will sue them.

Got a call from 717-202-4360 at 11:15. These creeps never stop. My phone is blocked by Verizon. I am in southeastern PA, too. Why call if you are not going to leave some sort of message!!! Aggravating, annoying, and just plain wrong

Phone rang around 11:00am; left it to the answer machine. No message was left. It's a landline from the Lebanon/Lancaster area. I am in the southeastern portion of Pennsylvania.

Same here, called at 9:20 AM. 9/9/2013. Called number back. Some gruff sounding man answered. Hello....Hello... Give him a taste of his own medicine and didn't answer. It's a cellphone in Lebanon or Lancaster PA.
