I got call from 717-202-4363. Their answer machine did not state a company name. Signs of a real low class operation

Hung up after picking up on first ring. Calls twice a week or so.. so I called from another number and a man answered with 'Hello?' So I hung up on him. Obviously not a professional business.

I am on the national do not call registry...apparently it does not matter. A call like that should be automatically blocked.

Landline...more than likely one of the paid soliciting companies that profit by getting you to donate to non-tax deductible organizations with names that sound very much like a tax deductible charity.
Don't bother to call them back...you'll NEVER get off the calling list (I speak from experience)...and DO NOT fall for the 'charitable donation' tactic either because they are NOT tax deductible.
If you want to give to a charity, check it out via the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) or one of the other legitimate sites that fairly evaluate charitable requests.
