Called me on my cell phone ,# 717 219-3317 ! I am on the no call list.

This is some large law firm, I suspect, that specializes in class action suits.  It's bad enough they run ridiculous ads on TV; now they're doing the robocall thing too.

Recieved a call from this number on 2/26/2013. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up, no message was left.

Called cell hone on the Do Not Call registry that is used as an emergency phone.  Until we find a way to send these criminals to jail, we will continue to suffer this harassment.

this # has been on my cell phone a few times. No one answers and no message is left. I tried calling it and there is no response. I am glad that I checked out this number. Get rid of these crazy people already!!!!!

have had threee calls from the number above.  I use a store bought phone and purchase minutes via a card.  These calls are depleting my phone minutes and I would like for them to stop.

They called me on 2/27/2013 at 9:50 AM, and since I didn't reconized the number I ignored it. They left a message sort of, all I could get was if I wanted to do something (it was hard to understand, press 2) and then the message ended. I'm also on the do not call list, go figure.

The Registry has worked great for me for the past 5 years.  Just relisted my number and expect another good 5 years of no spam marketer calls.
Btw... the new click-to-call cellular laws are excellent.  The marketers have to jump through even more hoops and if caught calling when someone hasn't truly "opted in" with a complete paper trail, the fine is huge... which makes me happy... and I work in Advertising and Media!

Got call from this number @0959hrs PST. Left no message.

It is enforced.  They could get a fine up to $16,000 for each phone call they make to someone on the DNC list.  This is listed on the DNC website.

Called me last night.  I have a California number and I'm overseas.  Strange...

Mine came into my cell phone at 12:30 pm on February 27

This number calls me repeatedly at all times of day.

The phone rang and I answered it and there was nothing at the other end.

To my cell phone, recorded message, no company name, said to be looking for people who have used a certain prescription and may have had side effects. 1 to talk or 9 to unsubscribe. I'm on the DNC list.

Answered and it was heavy breathing and moaning. Some kind of sex service.

Like many of you, we have received the recorded messages.

I've had our cell phones and home phone listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.  If you haven't registered your phone numbers, I suggest you do that now.

Now, if you have registered & continue to get telemarketing/recorded msgs/etc... then you can go to the website at donotcall.gov & file a complaint against those companies calling you.

This is what the the Complaint section on the donotcall.gov site reads:  

"1.You may file a complaint if you received an unwanted call after your number was on the National Registry for 31 days.

2. You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry).

*Reminder: Even if your number is registered, charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors may continue to call you. Companies with which you do business may also continue to call, unless you have asked them to stop calling you. If you have asked them to stop calling, please keep a record of the date you made the request and include information in the comment section of any complaint you submit against that company. Click Here for more information about the companies that may continue to call the numbers on the Registry."

There are many states who have their own Do Not Call websites as well.  If you search online: the name of your state and do not call list, then you should find your State's website.

OR you can go online, find your State Attorney General's office (or call him or her) about the calls being received to file a complaint. Trust me, no company wants a State Attorney General's office contacting them (and with the State's looking for money anywhere these days due to the poor economy, the State Atty Gen offices may have a fine to slap on these companies...)

I know it is another step for us to take but it may help us, or someone else down the road, by filing the complaint.

Received call from this number yesterday and was told they were looking for people to refinance their homes, I pressed 1 to talk to representative. Guy answered and I asked how did you get my number and was hung up on. Same number called back today and recorded message said they were looking for people with diabetes interested in receiving free supplies, I tried to get thru to representative and was disconnected before reaching person. BEWARE OF SCAM!

Title said "Derrick Company."  Recorded.  What happened to the DNC list?

Left a garbled message about blood clotting by some unnamed drug. I tried tracing the name:
Derrick Company. But it has nothing to do with blood clotting. So, I think it's some sort of scam

Called my cell phone early this AM did not leave a message.  I filed a complaint on the Do Not Call website.

Called my cell phone while I was driving.  I did not answer until I got stopped.  Voice mail had part of a message that I deleted.

This number called cell 2x today, left no vm. Also on DNC list.

got a call...didnt answer...they called back and asked for someone by name, when I told them that person wasnt registered to that number, they called me a liar and hung up.

Called my cell at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday Feb. 27, 2013. I didn't answer the phone.

im on DNC list. My cell was called by this number. See alot of postings concerning this number. When is it going to be addressed?
