this number called my cell phone.I can't stand advertising calls that cost me money.

This was to collect a water bill payment I never paid to Illinois Water on my last address.  I have since moved, but didn't put in a change of address.  So the request for the $25 never reached me. Easily fixed.

I am also getting repeated calls from this number askinmg for "House Gawd" saying if I listen, I am that person.  Its been suggested to me it may be my cell carrier calling to use up my minutes and get me to purchase more each month.  I'm with Virgin Mobile/Sprint.  Is anyone else that's getting these calls with them also ?  Would like to know and see if this is a common thread as to who receives these calls.

Please stop this number from calling my phone.I never answer it I let my  machine answer it. They never leave a message. I'm on the do not call list. They call two to three times a day..

Just received a call from 717-231-4056 a few minutes ago on my cell.  I called it back and it says it's disconnected.

Number called my husband's cell phone. He did not answer. When he tried to call it back... it said the number was not inservice.

A computer calls saying it is a collection agency saying i owe $155.57 cents.  This is rediculous I want it to end.

I got a recording on voice mail to press 1 for English 2 for Spanish when it didn't get a response it just said "I'm sorry no response" so it repeated the same message. I called the number back and it says its disconnected.

i missed the call then when i tried calling it back later it said disconnected

I also received a phone call on my cellphone from this number and when I tried to return the call it was listed as disconnected....ANNOYING!!!

I got a call from this number and didn't answer being that I didn't recognize it.  I called back later to see who the caller was and received an error message saying the number had been disconnected.

I recieved a call at my home today asking for my Mother and my mother doesn't even live with me . Message was saying she owed money and she has 5 days to call. My mother has never lived with me . I called the number back and disconnected. Very Very strange

The call was from Penn Credit Corporation calling to collect debt from Mackenzie. I have no idea who that is!!

Got a call from a "collection agency" who somehow has my full name and cell phone number.  I do not owe anyone anything and was afraid to call them back for fear of it being a scam.  That's why I looked it up online first.  Thank you for making reporting unwanted calls so easy to report!

got this call again...maybe next time i will be able to remember the # and not answer

I got a call and didn't recognize the number and called it back and got the same message that both Jack and Noah did - "disconnected"

got a call on my cell and no one there when i finally answered.  tried calling back but # disconnected.  In less than 5 seconds.  Amazing how fast the phone company works.  Or not.

This number called me and had my name saying that i owed $26....when i pressed the button to speak to a rep suprisingly no one was available but it wanted to know how i intended on paying for this.

They left a message for Adrian Someone. Said if I was this person, continue to hold. If not, hang up. SOOO annoying.

I get cals from this number it it says to continue in english press 1 I hang up. I get called everyday from this number, this is a business line.. save this number in your address bok and namr it spam, never answer.

I got a call, didn't recognize the number and returned it nearly immediately. I rec'd the same message that Noah did - "disconnected."

We called the number back and it was redirected to some teenage girls phone. Part of her number is 717-2314, which you can tell is the beginning of this other phone number. I think that whoever this is thought to have returned calls go to a number that is close to the one that comes up on our caller ids, and added a different area code at the end. That girl called us back a few seconds after we call the 717 number and she asked who we were. We asked who she was calling for and she said she wasn't sure, that our number came up on her id. When she called us her number had the same area code that we live in, so it was someone local. We don't know how this could happen.

Obviously I meant to say they added a different area code in the front. The call was coming from Pennsylvania, according to the caller id.

Called while I wasn't home. Caller ID says "Harrisburg, PA".

It left a vmail for me, saying that it was a message for (a name I couldn't understand), and that if I continue to listen it would mean that I was that person.  The message continued by saying it was from a collection agency and was an attempt to collect a debt.  The number to call "Barbara Johnson" was given as 1-800-900-1380, which is another entry in this database.
