Person keeps calling my cell and not leaving a message....very annoying

This number calls you and then hangs up when you answer - very annoying!

Have gotten SEVERAL calls from this number...I never picked up but it is very irritating...what is this?

this phone number keeps calling me and every time i answer they hang up like, 4 seconds into the call! it's scaring me. and everytime i call back it says it's disconnected. i'm really really curious to find out who this is.

I have gotten alot of calls from this number. I picked up 10 minutes ago. He said he was from a sweepstakes and the number entered won, and congratulations. He kept asking for name but I did not give it. He kept saying stuff like he isn't asking for credit card information or anything but whatever. Hope it helps

I have been receiving calls form this number too , and it is totally freaking me out!!!! What the hell is this? When I answer the phone there is a deafening silence, then they hang up. How can we stop this?

I got four phone calls from this number three of the four times I answered and got hung up on.  I think it is a scam and want it to stop.

717-342-3637 this # has called my phone at lease 4 times in two days..call and hang up.. i tried calling back and there is a recording saying that this # has been disconnected... i'm call ATT....

I received two calls from this number 1-717-342-3637: one today and one yesterday. I know that 717 is a Pennsylvania extension located in and around Harrisburg.

Ironically, I know folks in Harrisburg, but I do not know recognize this number (and do not want to if this party is annoying the general public).

As always, I will report this number to my telephone provider. I doubt that I will answer the telephone again since this party has not left any messages.
