I answered a call 8/13/2010 from Angela, she was polite but got straight to the questions.
Angela: Are you active in the real estate business?
ME: Yes
Angela: Are you a sales agent?
ME: I am an Associate Broker.
Angela: Are you active in the real estate business?
ME: Yes, I am not a brokerage manager.
Angela: So you active in the real estate business!
ME: Yes, I represent Buyers and Sellers.
Angela: Oh, ok,
ME: Angela, how can I help you?
Angela: Uh... my partner & I are looking....
ME: Ok, I dont' have time for the whole pitch, I am very busy. Can you just tell me what you have to offer? Are you selling Leads?
Angela: "Pfft!" I'll just find another agent...
ME: Hey, listen, I am just trying to get to the point.
Angela: I'll just find another agent... Click................................
Moral of the story, Angela if it is your job to sell something and you have to interrupt a decision makers day, but He/She is actually listening and they ask for the fast answers you should have your script ready. Hanging up on a live opportunity was obviously the wrong choice. If you are able to keep this job, I hope you find this note and adjust your attitude.

Times are ruffffffff when you hire a dog like that to cold call and bark at folks what a jerk she is! Garbage mouth why don't you go back to school and learn how to carry a conversation with humans. I wouldn?t buy a pencil from a person with your foul attitude. Honestly, without a doubt you are an A**!
PS: People do business with people who clearly post their information and who are accessible; it's not posted for the scum and freaks of the world like you to try to profit from.

Received call...did not answer...and no message was left. Later, found out it was a solicitation for a lead generating program or such.

Here's a tip: save the unwanted number to your phone's directory as "solicitor" or "junk call." That way when they call again, you know you've alredy screened that number!

His name is Albert Schwartz. If you are in real estate, mortgage, etc. he will try to sell you something like a web page or referral service. He heads (or is part of) homesaledirectory.com.
