Got a call at about 10:20am on July 1st. Didn't answer, no message.

You are lucky - I talked to him on 7/2/08 at 3:30 pm - and he asked if I wanted to expand my real estate business - and when I said 'not at this time'.  He hung up.

Very rude.

This poor guy -Eddie- call me today (07/15/2008) asked me about my job and then hung up. I think somebody has to report him, it can be some scam or something illegal.

This is sales call to real estate agents and Realtors trying to sell us more stuff.  I was able to gracefully get off the line, but surely don't appreciate these calls!

This number called me and hung up as well - Realtor Stalker - I gather from the other posting boards.....

Called me twice at 9am sharp, I didn't answer and no messages.

Received a call from 717-406-1866.  The number belongs to a company getmyhomevalue.com.  They called me about a job opening they have so that is how I know who they are.

Got a call from this same person today so did some of my colleagues.  We all work residential real estate in Manhattan.  Do yourself a favor and put him in your caller ID log that way when he calls again you already know his number.

Caller identified himself as Eddie Ramos and wanted to know if I was still with a RE company he identified. When I said yes indicated he have buyers in certain areas that kept changing. When questioned what the "deal" was he hung up.

He called my cell this morning 3 times and did not leave a message.  I googled the number and found this.  Beware.

Received a call on Aug 25 and again on Aug 26. He gave his name as Eddie Ramos. Said he had buyers and sellers in Columbus OH who are trying to find a Realtor.

I was on the other line just now and got a hang up phone call from this number.  Caller hung up no message......  Realtor Stalker by the sounds of things.  I will block the number from my phone

I received a call but was not able to answer.  No messages.

Just saw a call come in from that number. I did not recognize it so I googled it while it was ringing and found all this. Needless to say I never picked up. God I love Google! Thank to everyone for the notes on "Eddie".

Same with me. An Eddie called, asked if I was still with a real estate company, asked if I had time to chat, I said no and he hung up on me today.

I also got a call from a guy named Eddie. When I informed him that I was on the do not call list he hung up on me. He called me again later and I told him that I had already reported him to the Do not call registery and the FTC.

That Eddie call me today(07/15/2008), same thing, he asked me if I still work for such Real Estate company, and suddenly hung up. Weird person.

I got a call from this Eddie too.  He asked if I still work for my my real estate company, and he asked if I want my business to expand.  I hesistated, and he hung up on me.

Just got a call from "Eddie" on my cell phone.  He wanted to know if I was still active (I'm a real estate broker in Florida).  I paused and he hung up. I'm going to guess that he is just verifying the numbers he is calling are still good.  Thus... is he selling them?

Eddie called me today.  Quickly hung up on him. :)
I've received a bunch of calls from (717) 430-.... and I've black listed every one of them.  They're trying to sell some kind of Real Estate referral system to agents.  I think they get the numbers from Point2Agent, or some NAR list.

Just got a call from this phone number also.  It was "Eddie" he asked who I was and I told him a fake name.  He asked where I was calling from and I told him a fake state...he hung up.  SOMETHING'S FISHY HERE!

I too have received calls from this number, including another call just now.  I'm also a Realtor in the Atlanta area.  Thanks to the feedback here I've never answered or returned the call.  No message is left.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I am a realtor in Atlanta....no one left a message.

"Eddie" just called me on my cell phone--an unpublished #.  He said he wanted to refer a buyer to someone in my area (Minneapolis).  I'm an agent, but  When he butchered the simple name of my Real Estate company, I was a bit thrown off.  I corrected him, then asked who he was and which company he was with. I have a large network, but "Eddie" wasn't ringing a bell.  We were disconnected or he hung up.  I called this # back, but the person who answered immediately hung up.  Very fishy. If you see this # 717-406-1866 don't answer.

I just got a call from this guy on my cell phone. He asked for 'Jim' and I told him he had the wrong number. He sounded fishy, which is why I looked him up here. There was a weird pause before he said 'Jim'.

Yes.... this "Eddie" called me... and after I asked a few questions... hung up on me.

Still don't know what he is up too??

We need to report this guy to the govt.

Same as above- he called- no message- I called because I wanted to know who called me- and when I asked who he was he wanted to know who I was to be sure he really called me... well I told him he DID call me because the number is on my phone and all I did was hit return call. Then he hung up on me.

"Eddie" called me today from 717-406-1866 and when I asked him who he was with, he hung up on me.  When I called him back and asked who he has with, he said "that's not a nice way to talk on the phone."  I told him that when he called me and I asked him who he was with, he just hung up on me, and THAT is not a nice way to behave on the phone.  Another $%$%^&* loser....
