Please block this number from your phone!!! I believe its a scam!!!! So weird ppl answers and want your info or the ask for some one with your last name.... Please  report this number or simply block it frm your phone!!

This telephone number keeps call me and will not leave a message.  This number has been calling for three days.

yeah 717 is the philly lancaster area, my fiances from there so i figured it was one of his friends so i called back and it had a really weird ring then automatically hung up on my

They just called from this number and said they were "Education Verification", but would not  elaborate.... since the person they wanted was not here.  Said they would call back.

this number always calls me.  today i answered and no one was there.  then a foreigner started talking saying something about education so i hung up.  creepy thing is that one night while i was sleeping the number texted me and it said "answer your phone you punk b***h" and i wasn't even able to reply to it.  my phone didn't even give me reply as an option.  717 area code is somewhere in Pennsylvania though......

I have been receiving calls from this number for months. I do not answer because I don't know who it is, however when I called back to have my number removed from the calling list there was no answer.

Keep calling cell phone. Thinking it might be that scam where they somehow attach your phone # to their overseas call and you are charged for it...I wouldn't answer.

this number calls me everyday like clockwork. i get the same results..not a working number when i call it back. it maybe from listing your phone number with job search engines.

I received a call from this number, but when i answered no one said anything.  It was like no one was there.  I do not know who it is, did anyone else figure it out yet?  I also tried to call it back with the same success as the others received.

It's still calllling me at least once a week. Been going on for almost 4 months now.

Same Thing...got two calls today...didn't leave a voice message or anything. I will pick up next time they call.

Calls several times a week, when answered sounds like no one is there for several seconds then you get someone stating that they are trying to collect on some past due account tied to a credit card, than asks if you want to cancel the account and pay of the past due balance with a credit card.  The refuse to send information in the mail and state that it must be handled via a credit card.

Received 2 calls from this number. They will not leave a message and they do not speak when I answer!

This number keeps calling me also. 4 times in the past hr. and like wise i pick up they sit there then hang up and when i call back it says its a non working number. what really worries me is that my phones not listed for anything bills,white pages,nothing so i never get any calls from unknown number

I just got a new number and this no. is on my caller id almost every day.  When I call it a recording says it's a nonworking no.

Constant calls from this number.  No one speaks when we answer the phone.

This is an online money scam group called Learn to be Free.  Said they had information for legitimate stay at home work. Charged my card 2.97 for consulting, which was fine, however if you go into the rest of the site and register they charge you 99. 00 more onto your card. Needless to say I never went forever with it, but they will call and ask for an name I use online. They legally cannot charge more with proper id over the phone. Learn to be free is what they go by and they out based out of Pennsylvania.

What annoying people they are! And could care less if they break the laws.

I FINALLY had enough of these people calling me a dozen times a day. I answered the call today, it was some bogus company asking if i wanted to invest in real estate. I asked her why they call OVER and OVER and OVER again and never leave messages. She said its automated and it doesn't know to leave vm's and since they can't receive calls people can't call back anyway. She said she'd take me off their list, i sure hope she does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
