mike scott called from this number he has a foreign acient said he was from the crime of investagition office. if this is a bill id glady pay only i need proof bill collectors call from 800 numbers not prpaid phones.  i have already been scamed and am really picky about paying bill i need proof. they say i owe a payloan if this is true i will pay with proof

I got a phone call from this same mike scott.  He is telling me that charges is being brought against me due to a payday loan,but he wants to do business over the phone through western union. I am represented by a debt solution company that is working out settlements for my payday loans so if anything he should be contacting the company and not my phone.

I too got a call from a Mike Scott...middle eastern accent..rude a** mother sucker. I hung up on his a**..he kept talking down at me like I was dumb...dont let the Hispanic name full you. He was getting worked up because I asked him for pfoof of documentation.. He left me a nasty voice mail...that jerk

Do yourselves a favor and ignore these people.  There are a ton of these moronic credit collectors out there....they want to scare you into calling them so they can come after you for an old debt or they have the wrong person and will refuse to quit calling regardless.  Don't pick up and don't listen to their voicemails...they will eventually get tired of messing with you....I have heard it all from get a lawyer to people claiming they are process servers coming in 48 hours to serve me papers....if they dont speak clear English, have any proof to provide in writing that you owe them money...ignore them.....

I first received a call from them one year ago exactly!!! They left me alone for a long time and now the calls have started up again. All of them sound the same with the same threats, same accents, same everything! And its all the same as everyone else has posted. They provide no real documentation and swear that you will go to jail. Well I was threatened a year ago and I still have not received anything in the mail and no one has legally come after me. I just screen my calls now and delete the voicemails.

OMG!!! i got the same kind of threatening call on Friday 2/11 from a Mike Scott (indian accent) 717) 435-4008. I asked him for documentation and i also asked why was the first time i had heard of this. He was really making me upset, I hung up. He kept calling me back and finally left me a voice mail telling me he was going to give my case to his higher up..and i should be ready to be represented by a good lawyer. How does that?

I got a call from 717 435 4008 today saying that it was micheal something from the financial crimes department looking for me. I told him hold on one second and my phone died. He called me back and left a message threatening me about a financial issue and I needed to get a lawyer.

Yep got a call from Financial Crime department from Michael Scott with an Indian accent.  You right away know it's a scam by the name he leaves and the other conversations going on in the background all with Indian accent saying the same thing to other callers. And won't provide any documentation or tell you who asked them to  call.

They called me asking for my wife.  Saying that owe on a payday loan.  This sound another scam that have received calls in the past about.  Unless  they can provide it in writting a would not give them anything.
