This person is a scam artist, I called my debters they knew nothing of this person .  Tell this person you are with law enforcement !!!!  He will have you go to walmart and get a pre paid card and send the money to him. No email. No confirmation. He got me for over $500 and is probably reading this!  So if you are mr. Dom-without -a dick ----- f*** you !!!! You f****ng piece of dog non working dog s***!

I too am getting a call from "officer Dominic Spencer" threataning me.  I took out 2 payday loans several months ago, but after money was taken out of my account with out my ok I closed my bank account.  I have since made payment arrangements with the companies and am paying them off, so I have no idea why this person with a very strong non american accent is calling and threataning me about.  I am under so much stress right now that this is really putting me over the edge.

If anyone finds out who they are and is going to set up a law suite PLEASE include me.  I hate people like this and they need to stop...it is not ok to make hard working american people feel afraid to answer the phone for fear someone is going to call them dead beats and say that they are going to throw them into jail.

If you find them let me know as well because I am getting these calls too. I don't owe any money to anyone.
Back a few months ago I took out 2 payday loans because I was out of work due to serious back surgery but these are all paid back so there is nothing out there. I think that they are trying to reel you in to calling them to get you to do another payday loan or buy something. How unscrupulous are people these days.

Person calling stating his name first was Alex parker then changed it to ray parker. He is harrassing me stating that I owe cashnet usa monies for a payday loan that I defaulted on. He has all of my id info. When I asked for their number directly to contact them and resolve this he gave me 7174474007 which he answered when I called under the same name of ray parker, dumbass!!! The 7174474007 appears to be an pakistan mobile phone when I looked it up. This is a scam so beware. He actually emailed me a document , when I asked if that is who he worked for because it was what was on the letter he would not say, ofcourse that was after I identified myself as a Gov employee and advised that I was indeed going to report him.

They claim to be a debt collector.  I think it's a scam.  Who gives me threating calls everyday being officer and attorney. They can fly their bytch a$$e$ from pakistan or wherever and kiss my a$$.

As soon as I locate them I am definitely filing a lawsuit.  They have run my damn battery down in my cell phone and call my work number like mad.  I've never seen such blatant disregard for the law.  Dumbasses.

9 calls since I started typing this.  Remarkable....They think they are protected...I will find them and I will sue them.  This is American and I'm an American and that's how I ROLL.

Keep getting calls from an officer ray parker, than name switched to dominic spencer... They are stating the same bs about sending the police to my house for owing some money... Call everyday!
