This number sent a text message to my wife's phone calling her cutie and wanting to initiate a yahoo chat. They have not replied to my tries to contact them. This constitutes sexual harassment.

When I see a bogus number on my caller ID, I answer ____ ____ Police Department

They called and wanted my brother.When I told them he was not in, they hung up on me.

I am getting repeated calls from 717-547-5751....they claim they are customer service.  

You do need to update the Do Not Call every 5 years.

Unfortunately, you all are assuming this is a legitimate telemarketer, but in most cases nowadays, it is not.  It is a scammer, calling you to try to obtain your personal information to commit identity theft or trying to get you to give them your account information, so they can take money from you.  The Do Not Call law was created to deal with legitimate telemarketers, and in that regard, IT HAS WORKED and been successful.  When was the last time you got a telemarketing call from an actual/verifiable telemarketer?  These types of phone calls have to be viewed for what they are, a scam artist calling you to try to steal your identity or convince you to give them your account information so they can take money from you.  Filing complaints doesn't do any good.  The calls are not traceable.  The reason they are not traceable is because the callers use spoofing devices which totally conceal their identity, or they use no-contract cell phones.  People don't seem to realize there are ways for people to conceal their true identities when they're calling you.  You are assuming the person calling you is really who they claim to be.  They're not.

We have been receiving repeated calls from Client Retention, always asking for my Duquesne Light information (apparently to change my electric company).  They call from two numbers: 717-547-5731 and 215-394-1988. They are now BLOCKED and I hope to never hear from them again. I have filed complaints with the PA Do Not Call site (we are on the do not call list) and I have called them many times and asked them to remove us from their list, to no avail

I was sick of the multiple calls and decided to finally answer. 8 Times I had to tell him I wanted off the list and I'm not interested in giving him my electric bill acct no. 8 times rep #1637 totally ignored me and asked me for my acct number. Of course a manager was not available....Co. name is Live Voice according to the rep., total harassment!!!!

I get at least 2 calls a day from client retention.  I do not answer phone.  I am on do not call list.  If anyone
knows how to make them stop please help us.

They play a recorded message for Duquesne Light customers, which we are not. The one time I spoke to a human after asking to be put on the do not call list the little brat was horribly rude.

They won't! I asked today to have it removed. She refused! Good luck!

They called today. Rep out-right REFUSED! Told me go to BBB and complain that she wasn't taking me off their list. This is harassment!

They just called me 4 times in a row. I am getting so frustrated because I do online classes and they always call during a test. I just keep ignoring it but am tempted to pick up. Any suggestions?

do you know why they are calling?  It's scary.

How do you file a formal complaint?  Verizon told me that they blocked the call but they are still calling.

Today I spoke with David - clearly "Tatyana" did not remove my number as she said it would take 48 hours (2 days ago).  David said he'd remove my number right away.  C'mon David, I'm counting on you.........

Every day we get numerous calls from them.  My husband answered yesterday and was connected to an operator.  When he told her we were on the do not call list and to please remove our name she hung up on him.  I am filing a formal complaint because I am tired of the harassment.

These people call non-stop then never answer when I pick up. WHAT DO THEY WANT? WHY DO THEY CALL IF THERE IS NO ONE THERE? At this point, I would buy whatever they are selling at any price if they would JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

"Client Retention" on the Caller ID - they call me 1-2x every day.  Tonight I answered, and they told me they could save me money on my Duquesne Light bill.  I am not a Duquesne Light subscriber.  They said to press 5 to learn how I could save money, but that I should have my bill handy for the representative.  I talked to "Tatyana" after pressing 5, she was very excited to save money on my bill, and she asked for my Duquesne account number.  I said I don't have one, and to please remove my number from their calling list.  She said it will take 48 hours.

This and 717-547-5734 call all the time. There is never anyone there. I just answer and hang up.

A man either says he has the wrong number or does not speak.

Received 48 calls from 717-547-5731. These scabs will not stop. It is a robo call. When my blocker says, "this phone is not accepting calls from this number, they automatically think it is an answering machine. =They are an scam electric company trying to sell you a plan. RIGHT!!! Like I am going to buy something from them!

Numerous calls everyday after day!!! Glad to find out that I am not the only one! Picked up once and they said they called the wrong number, yet the continue to call.

717 547-5731 calls daily....don't pick up.  Asked them before not to call, but they continue.  I am on the do not call list (which is a joke).  Sick of these people continuing to call after you ask them to take you off their list.

Now 717-547-5731 has called me eighteen times, the last three times just a moment ago. They are still blocked but I hate to wrap my life around these scam phone calls and have to block them. I have to block everyone and can only let 10 calls come through. I am so angry that these scabs can relentlessly stalk into our homes. The PUC allowed PA to open up the lines for other electric companies. Let them bother the PUC. I called them but they said they could do nothing. It is a robo call so they never stop, since no one is on the line and they only have to set the computer. I am home after being on life support and the last thing I need is harassing phone calls.

Keeps calling 10 times, then hangs up. Ugh
