same here.  this number has been calling family members and leaving threatening messages.  If what others are saying about getting my number and confirming an active number, then good.  Now they have MY number and when they call it will not be a pretty conversation.

It really P***ES me off when people screw with my family.

I receive DAILY calls from this number and I am getting really tired of it. I have a policy that I won't answer the phone if it is an unknown number...and if it is important, they will leave a message. They never do. Go figure!

We never answer calls from numbers we don't recognize. We figure if its important they will leaves a message. The number didn't come up a "client services" but as a phone number. I suspect this is the old "Card Services" trying to get your credit card number. Just don't answer. It's a scam. They (card services) use many phone numbers. Their latest is to tell you they can help due to the federal stimulus! What scammers.

I get calls a couple of times a week--always around lunch time. I let my machine answer and there is never a message.

Just received a call from this number and caller ID had INFO SERVICE. But they didn't leave a number.

We keep getting calls from this number. Fortunately we never answer numbers we don't recognize. If it's that important they will leave a message - they never do thus I suspect a another of many scam calls. This number, for us, comes up as "info service". Yeah right!!

You should NOT call back AND press the number to be removed from their calling lists.  

*All this does is verify your phone number is an active/live number which can be called by them and other telemarketers who buy their call lists.

What would be nice, is if some state atty. gen'l or Fed'l govt. dept. went after for fraud any or all individuals listed on any of these companies or their subsidiary corporate registration or tax documents.  File charges, make a very public arrest including perp walk of each, and release some of their personal (address/phone) info to the general public.  Will it happen?  Probably not, ...but we can dream. ;-D

Got one today, one yesterday - left no message. Caller ID on yesterday's said Client Dept, today it said Info Services.

Since most calls go over the Internet anymore and not throught the old telephone systems, the do not call list doesn't really work anymore.

Told these idiots to remove my number. And the guy told me NO! And then he hung up on me! So pissed off! I tried to call back and couldn't. So mad.

Keep getting calls from this number, they don't leave any message caller ID info comes up as is either (INFO SERVICE or CLIENT DEPT) more than likely some scam.

I signed up for the DNC list when it first became available.  Prior to that time the number of annoying calls was quite low.  However, after I signed up, the number of annoying calls actually increased!  

I began to search the internet for information that might explain WHY telemarkets and scam artists were becoming more numerous.  Greed is the motive for the scam artists and pulling in new clients or customers would make sense for legitimate businesses. I don't know a single person who wants to be annoyed at HOME or at WORK with dozens of calls every week.  I only do business with people from the phone book or have been recommended by people I know and trust. Even then, I contact the BBB to check out matters.

Not too long ago I resigned for the DNC list.  Since then, the volume of annoying calls increased even more.  I'm convinced that the telemarketers and scammers use the DNC list as a data base.  

Using information from this website I learned how to NOT make things easy for those callers.  I now use my caller I.D. to identify my friends and family, as well as my doctors' numbers.  I stopped answering everything else.  I even shut off my answering machine so the robocalls wouldn't recognize my number as a valid one.  

Just for the fun of it I hooked up an old phone with caller I.D. which records the date, time and number of the caller.  I have a record of calls coming in since Dec 2011.  This list makes reporting to the authorities easier.  The number of calls has dropped dramatically.  As long as these people go unpunished, they have nothing to lose by changing numbers and tactics.  This website (and others like it) help educate us and I'm very grateful.

Go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint. The more complaints, the more the fine, the more likely the company gets shut down.

maybe what we need to do is for all of us to donate $1 each, and offer it to the government to shut these guys down. I thin we could clearly find a million of us who have been called by them. Might give the government enough incentive to act

Yes i have called it back at least 3 times and selected the option to remove from calling me and it continues to call.

This company has called me eight times in two weeks.  It is a recorded voice offering to tell me how to lower my electric bill if I call back.  I have called the number that shows on caller ID to ask them to stop calling.  The phone company tells me that the number is not in service.

In the last 30 to 45 days I have recieved 10 phone calls from this #..Sick of it!!! When I try to call the # back it says not taking calls or something else..It comes up on caller ID as Client Dept..I want these call to stop..it's harrasment..I never pick up the phone and answer because it comes up on my caller ID and I don't know the # and if you do not answer like I do not they hang up either right before the mmachine goes on or right as the macihne picks up..I am on the do not call list, how do this people get through..Make it stop.. I bet it's a scam..prosecute these a***oles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest that you all contact the PA Attorney General's  Office and file a complaint!

How do we get them to stop calling? I am furious. Home phone does not have long distance, Used cell phone and called the number, It asks to be on do not call list, YES, But that's not the number they are calling. It"s my home phone. Why are we on a DO NOT CALL LIST

April 18, 2013:  Just got the fifth call from this number since April 7. Name comes up on caller ID as "Client Dept." and these calls are the first nuisance calls we've received from our own area code.  In checking reverse lookup on whitepages.com, I found "One Communications landline from Harisbgzn1, PA."  Have to assume the city name is intended to be Harrisburg, but why the misspelling?  Will never, ever answer these calls!
