I got a message from a Mark Hamilton with a foreign accent. He said he was with Morgan & Associates. He said there are 3 crimial charges and something about an affidavit. I don't even know who this is.

we rec same call from morgan mark is such full indian call me and informe me about same i informe to attorney jounral about the same things they trying to find the loction to this indian peple and i am looking to su mr mark hamilton ...

I have also recieved the exact same info from a so-called Mark Hamilton with Morgan and Associates.I am thankful to all of you who are posting these comments they are very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to learn a valuable lesson in the amount of $1095.00. Please keep on with your comments and do not make the same mistake I have.

I have filed a complaint against 717-685-2400 "Mark Hamilton"  to the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357 who stated he was with Morgan and Associates, very threatening to me, Mark Hamilton refused to provide any written documentation of a debt collection (can you say Fair Debt Collection Act?), spoke with a foreign accent and told me I needed to pay immediately or I will be taken to court....he had some personal information but when I called the FTC with the specifics I was told this is a very common scam right now. Get as much information as you can from these folks and report them to the FTC.

they said I got a loan from US Cash Advance (something along those lines).  they said they wouldnt give me any info in writing - just over the phone. Sketchy!  they called my old work #s they knew my references, but I don't remember taking anything out with

I have received calls from someone stating I was going to jail before this call (indian accent as well).  I just ignored the call.  These people won't mail me anything until I pay - doesn't seem right.
