Also live in Bucks County and started getting calls from this number: twice (Thursday) 8/22/2013 @6:28 & 7:35pm & again today (Sunday) 8/25/2013 @1:44 & 2:45pm.
Phone went to VM but they did not leave a message. White Pages indicates that it is a One Communications landline number from Harrisburg, PA associated with Low Spam Level.
I will not call back and I will not answer if they call again.

The phone rings, since there is no name only "Harrisburg Pa", I assume that if they actually wanted to speak with me, they would take the time to leave a message on my answer machine. No message, no pick up the phone!

I started getting calls from this number last night at 9:58, now today the damn thing must be stuck in a loop, it calls, i answer, i hang up- IT CALLS BACK, this is now the TENTH time in 10minutes, I stopped answering at call 3. My answering machine picks up, the number hangs up and calls back. No one can get through to my house, so I had to grab my cell out of my car.

Caller ID SHOWS Wash. D.C., Answer phone and play a loud whistle sound. No message left. I do this with all of these calls. Several calls have stopped Yeah!!
