I just got a call from this number today. Problem is: I haven't filled a prescription with Rite Aid since 2013...and I still keep getting calls from them :-(

Not photos...it is the pharmacy calling to tell you to pick up your prescription by a certain date.  Never had a prescription at Rite Aid in my life; refuse to do business with their pharmacies because they make too many mistakes!

The call is from Rite Aid.  For me it's them letting me know my prescriptions are ready to be picked up.

I got this but I know it means my photos are ready.

another unwanted call, don't know anyone in Lancaster PA.  I am already on the "don't call" list, but get the unwanted annoyance calls, anyway.  Does anyone have a way to make them stop?

It is Rite Aid.  I forgot I sent some photos to be printed, and now they are calling to remind me to come and pick it up. It does not matter where you live-it's their general automated number for reminders: either photos or prescriptions.

This number keeps calling me saying the prescription for Sandra pun is ready. I am not Sandra pun, they have the wrong number.

Stop calling this number. I have been receiving them for the past few months. I live in chester county not lancaster so please stop calling me and saying that my medication is ready. So take this number off your calling list before I get the cops involved.

Automated prscription refill reminder. Used to get them directly from the local store phone #, but it appears that it is now a national number. They left a message that contained the first two letters of the prescription name that had been filled.

Thx for the info.  I reported it a few hrs ago to the Natl number you listed and I just recvd a call fm my local Rite-Aid.  They found the person's name that I had given them which I had written down from the first recorded msg and they have removed my cell number from her profile.  This should work for anyone else if you give them as much info as you can from the recorded msg, (i.e., person's name, street name of the store, etc)  THX AGAIN!

I just spoke with the Corp Ofc of Rite Aid; they took down all the info and were grateful at what I could give them. Don't know whether the calls will stop now as a result of reporting it.  My call comes in on my brand new cell and refers to a prescrip ready for Barbara Newton at the Richmond Rd store. None of this applies to me or where I live. I do not live in 717 area code.

I constantly receive a call from Rite Aid telling me my prescription is ready at the Hopkins Road store in Williamsville, New York, and giving me a date to pick it up.  Have NEVER had a prescription with Rite Aid.  I went into one of their stores with all the information and the manager could not help me either.  You would think by now Rite Aid would straighten out the problem.

Rite aid prescription service.

A lot of people all over the country are getting calls from this number saying it is Rite Aid in Pennsylvania. I live in Oregon. I called it back to let them know they have a wrong number but it just says this is not a working number. Something is fishy. I did a google search of the number and a lot of people are complaining.

I keep getting calls that my photos are ready. This is a Pennsylvania number calling me and I live in Oregon. I do not even have photos to pick up at the local Oregon Rite-Aid. Please take my number off. Maybe someone's hand writing was hard to read? I am in area code 541.

Call the local rite aide and let them know they have the wrong number in the system and they will fix it

I've gotten at least 15 calls in the last couple of days informing a person (not my name) that a prescription is ready for pick up -- 15 DIFFERENT prescriptions -- at "my" neighborhood Rite Aid.  Can't someone SHUT THIS DOWN!!

I get this same call about 5 to 6 times a day. It said they were calling Robert to let him know his perscriptions are ready for pick up. I found out it was a Rite Aid from PA and I llive in Ohio why would I get perscriptions from PA when I live in Ohio and how did they get my cell phone number???????

Getting calls on my cell phone for a (sounds like) "Lorraine Alba" telling me that her prescription "starting with GA" and/or "starting with MO" is ready for pick up at her local Rite Aid (ID'd in PA).  I emailed Rite Aid through their website contact page and asked that my number be removed from her profile (if she even exists) and from their database.  NO RESPONSE!  And still getting calls!
