got a call on my cell phone.  Caller claimed they were doing a survey.  Gave my last name & a bit more info, but hung up when the began asking about credit cards.

They called me several times this past week, i finally answered it and told them to stop calling me, they claimed that i won a prize, i then hungup

Received the call on my cell phone. Answered, no response, other side hung up within 8 seconds.
