First a robot call, then a person who answered my question as to the name of the company

The Do Not Call Registry is a joke.  It does absolutely nothing to stop unwanted calls.  I receive calls all day long just by looking at my call log.  I have started called them back and if I do get a live person on the other end, I tell them to remove my number immediately and if I get one more call from them, I am filing harrassment charges against their company.  Its unsane!!!!!

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Numerous calls from 717-862-4238. Caller ID shows area of calls at Airville, Pa. Guess the "DO NOT CALL" list is a waste. Called the number and message was...."The number you have called is temporarily unavailable." The POND SCUM must have a block on THEIR phone!!

several calls a week from this number. at wits end !!!

I just reported them on www.donotcall.gov.   I'm on the DNC list, but get calls all the time from them and various other companies.  I never answer except for today when I decided to start reporting all these companies in hopes that it will stop them from calling me.  I'm so sick of it.

Showed up on my caller id.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

this call woke me, i didn't get it in time, answering machine picked up, they hung up. i tried calling the number back, even with blocking mine. i got a mesg. saying the number you are calling is temporarily unavailable. like it was disconnected. within minutes of receiving the call. reeally?

they keep calling...never leave a message.  no one there when I answer.

They call and hang up. I want this to stop.  Tired of getting soliciation calls

They are now calling 3 to 4 times a day even though I am on the do not call list.  When I answer they hang up.  If it goes to voice mail they leave no message.  The calls always come durning dinner, during lunch, first thing in the AM or evening.

try on 2 rings push call button 2 and # key 7 times hang-up  calls will slow down do it every time tell others new no. show up keep with it this messes up their line and takes special teck repair  person to fix it at a higher cost  i'm  down a few a month  good luck

Just keep adding these calls to your contacts if they are coming through on a cell phone.... put the name in as "Noanswer" -- and change the ring tone to something you can't hear ... I chose the harp sound.  That way, when these idiots call, I ignore if if I happen to hear it. I have over 100 in the phone now.....

Rec'd the same thing.  Nobody there and informed by recording that the mailbox is full when I called back.  I am on the National Do Not Call list.  Supposedly, charitable organizations can call anyhow.  If it IS one of those organizations, they can forget about me giving them anything except a few choice words.

Got a call from this nbr few minutes ago.  Husband answered, phone was silent like someone was listening he said then they hung up.  Caller ID said "AIRVILLE PA.  
I tried to call them back and all it said was a recorded message :I'm sorry, this mailbox is full, please try back later"

Got a call from them Aug 8 today is the 28th. Another call site says this number is for emergency medical alert systems. Most likely not legit. Tagging older folks that are also getting aarp info. I just read somewhere that aarp gives or sells their lists just to make money. Not sure if that is true. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and refuse to leave messages. Most likely a scam/robo call.
