Got two messages say his name is and I quote a "guy" Marvin calling u from PDVCUS about a lawsuit with ur name on it. Its too funny cause he cant speak English clear nor could he say my name at all. Well its not gonna happen not calling them back not giving them any money. These ppl have nothing better to do than to try and scam ppl but when u tell them u got a lawyer and u reported them.they call u everything but a child of God.

"The very second you receive this message." Typical opening words of an Indian scammer/extortionist. Ignore 'em.

I just received the same email saying I owed $745.00 and either I or my attorney needed to contact them immediately. I wish he would have called, I would have given him my atty since I work for 3 of them. I do know that if there is a loan unpaid, it would be a civil matter and not criminal so there would be no reason for suggesting a warrant would be issued. I have had other scammers threaten me with this.

4 calls claiming to represent the us government ? Could tell me what agency or department. Man had an accent and clearly spoke English as a second language. Threaten to have investigators come to my home if did not give him the info he needed. I'm still laughing.

Received an email from a Harry Peterson saying I or my attorney could contact them in a sensitive issue. The email continue to saying they had been trying to contact me for 180 days and it was in the amount of $625.00. Even had an invoice number. There was no phone number anywhere on the email. I received a second email with this number. The man had an accent and couldn't tell me what company the loan was through. I told him to give me a 800 number.
